S. C.My company has used the services of complete IT for a number of years. I've found them to be a really useful and a trust worthy extension to my business. Our IT support engineer (Paul) has helped out on many occasions when we've had IT emergencies and the whole team has directed us in putting a IT infrastructure in place to make us safe, compliant and more efficient business.
G. P.We started our contract with Complete IT as the world went into lockdown and I am very glad that we did. The team there supported our move to remote working during the summer and have completely updated our IT infrastructure and security so that we can achieve the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. We are now in the process of moving to a larger facility and Complete are supporting that move. I would call out a member of their team that has been brilliant, but I won't as I don't want anyone else to use them!

It is with great sadness that we have finally parted the ways. over the years, and there are a few of them, you have always been there for us - me usually with a quick fix for me. The decision to change supplier was mad up in Manchester, personally for us in Sawtry I'm not sure this is the perfect option, but we now have to live with it, and I'm sure thing will and are getting better.
