I had a bad experience with a different Game store over Christmas. We had been loyal customers for a number of years, but had some really poor customer service. No joy out of Game service desk either. We tried the store in Fishergate, and they were prepared to help and put things 'right'. Doing this was no-cost to Game, but in doing it they will be now be keeping me as a customer. I will also be using the Fishergate store for all future purchases. My thanks go to Dan and Neil. Their customer service was excellent and Game need more people like this if they are going to survive in these challenging times.

Game also offers some pre-owned devices with a competitive price point compared to some competitors. Also has a games lounge where customers can go on high spec machines or consoles to play games and get a feel for a game before they purchase it or events well worth a look

5 stars review thanks the the store manager Will, had a few issues with a pre order being transferred from another store and Thier system was playing up, on the day this happened despite the staff trying to sort the problem it wasn't resolved. I returned the next day and Will spent at least 30mins making sure I didn't leave without this being resolved. Thanks again!
