I went to Steven because I had corrupted my boot drive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did what looked like a fresh install of Windows. Whiched fixed the issue! Friendly and fast service. Although the appearance of the shop could use a little work. Reasonable rates of service too.

Excellent service! Very quick diagnosis and fix. I would recommend to anyone having issues with their PC/Laptop.

I usually don't write reviews, but i have been pretty impressed by the service offered here, so i thought i would write..... Had an issue with my PC which had not been sorted by "experts" in the field, who nevertheless charged a lot for running diagnostics. Enter Steve!....gets right to the bottom of the issue, explains in detail and charges less than half the price. Have used the service a couple of times since. Steve is an absolute professional and a gentleman.

I was happy with the laptop I purchased from a company some years ago. I wanted something that was good, and did all that I needed it to do. However, no matter how much you pay, or how ITech something is there comes a time when you need someone who can listen to any queries you may have, problems you encounter, and definitely someone who you can trust. It was a friend who first told me about Preston IT Centre. She gave me his card which I kept in my purse for whenever I needed to contact the company, and when I did I was more than grateful to my friend. Steve has definitely got the ingredients for the love of technology and for making things right. But not only that: he will explain what the problems you have encountered, and what he has done to rectify any issues. Steve is honest and trustworthy, and I have never had to worry about the cost for any repairs to my laptop, nor items I have purchase. The cost and service has always been affordable. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve and his company Preston IT Centre. An 'old school' engineer who really knows his stuff (aircraft systems, for example!) I dropped in on Steve unannounced with a critical issue (aren't they all?) and in no time at all he diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem with no fuss and with savvy aplomb. Moreover, he extended northern hospitality to me straight off the street with a lovely cup of tea! His pricing is hard to beat and is delight to chat to. Don't go anywhere else. Call Steve first!
