I have been taking my very old 2010 iMac to VIS Ltd for a number of years, more recently to upgrade the operating system to allow my new iPhone to synch. As usual, Andy was responsive and professional throughout and I am extremely satisfied with the experience and end result.

VIS repaired a connector on the main logic board of my 2012 Mac Mini, installed a new SSD, and updated the OS. They provided an accurate estimate, obtained the replacement part and completed the repair quickly (3 days from drop-off), at a very reasonable cost, extending the life of my Mini. VIS is an excellent repair service that benefits the environment by reducing waste.

I reckon Andy saved me at least £1,500 on refurbishing our ten year old Apple IMac. Seriously if you think your old Apple computer is on its last legs bring it over to Andy. He will sort it in no time. He keeps you posted on progress and likely costs and in the end makes sure you have all the licences you need. I will definately be back!

I took my iMac to Andy after the Apple store told me they no longer support repairs on my machine. The HDD was dying and needed replacement. Everything else about the machine still perfect. Andy fitted a new SSD and managed to transfer all of the data from the failing drive. When I got it home, i was up and running in minutes with my full setup as normal. The 9 year old machine runs as fast as the day it was born! Professional, quick and great value. Highly recommend.
