Super happy with how they've resolved an impossible situation with my OHs laptop. I'd spilt a whole cup on tea over it, my partner left it on and then put it on charge! Unsurprisingly it wemt off and was dead! However, they've completely stripped it to the bare bones, have cleaned the corrosion and its starting working - including they keyboard! It was such an expensive laptop, they charged a really good rate to repair too and kept us informed the whole step of they way. Life savers!

Great place to go to get upgrades and repairs on your PC. I recently took my custom build PC in for a PSU upgrade and was told I could bring it in for a relatively cheap price to get it done. I am very pleased with the outcome and will recommend to others as well as likely pop back if I have any further issues or want any more intricate upgrades. Don't be put off by building works outside like I was either, they are definitely open and just ring in to say you're outside and they will greet you. Thank you very much guys!

I have a powerful laptop for work (Dell XPS) that was starting to show a few signs of age. I considered a new one but instead got a full service, new hinge, air vents cleaned and battery. It's as good as new and I'm sure I'll get a few more years out of it now. Old school shop where they speak to you like a human and charge a fair price. 10/10

Best service we have ever received from a Computer repair and advice centre. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our laptop died, almost completely. We have a lot of photographs and documents on there which are very special to us, we have back up for some of it but not all. We had all our wedding plans etc and were so worried. It turned out the Hard Drive was damaged. WE are not sure how this happened but it was replaced with a new Solid State Hard Drive, with no promises that he could save or salvage anything. He was so apologetic but it needed to be done. He not only put in the new hard drive, he saved everything and I mean EVERYTHING. We are so grateful. He even worked late in the evening to get this finished for us and again on the Sunday. Brilliant service, he certainly knows his stuff. I can highly recommend this business and if you have any computer problems, this is definitely the place to come. Thank you very much. Barbara & Richard.

Bloody brilliant guy called Martin who fixed my laptop within 45 mins, as promised over the phone. I accidentally dropped the laptop and the screen broke internally. Not only did he get it done super fast but the cost was £30 under what other companies were charging. He is a legend and I'll go there for any future PC repairs I may need (cos I am really clumsy).

What a marvellous business this is. It is such a wonderful asset not only to the locality community, but also for people such as myself, who are not local but also are able to greatly benefit from the incredible level of service that the proprietor provides. Martin has provided my business with computers and general technological service and advice for more than twenty years. Indeed, five years ago he even repaired an essential computer for us on Boxing Day! Three weeks ago he installed a new Lenovo computer at my business replete with a two terabite solid state drive, and because he was so busy at his premises, he drove to my office more than thirty miles distant in the evening to perform the installation, which included the transfer of data from my other computer onto the new Lenovo. A quite staggeringly high level of service and yet the costs are always more than reasonable. Bravo Computaplace for you are truly brilliant! Thank you very much indeed.

Amazing business, great customer service and an extremely high quality work!
