Nice friendly staff member, honest, gave her a test to see if she would recommend the more expensive item to try and sell it to me or the less expensive 1, she told me the less expensive 1 is more better for money and she would go with too. Got to love a honest worker. Thank you very nice lady in the washing machine section.

I went in to buy a Logitech MX Keys wireless keyboard as I saw that it was discounted. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. He couldn't find the item on his phone, even when looking at the display item, so I showed him by searching on mine. He went out the back to find the keyboard and they had 1 left. I asked a question about open box returns in case I didn't like working with it after a few days and he said items bought in store cannot be returned after opened, but if you order online they can be. I said I'd rather order online in case I wanted to return it. I knocked off 2 stars because it seems a bit backwards to force people to use the online store or forfeit things like open returns.

It's OK, needed a usb otg adaptor right away, they had one in stock but at £15 so convinient but about twice the price I expected from a shop and 5x that of Internet (if I could wait 3 days for delivery). Bit of a wait at the till, couple staff members working hard, others just chatting to each other but hey it is Sunday morning! Be great if they had these such ancillary items at two price points so you don't just have the more expensive belkin option if you don't need it for anything high demand.

Easy access even for disabled, I needed a product from upstairs and had no problem gaining access with the lift and level entry, plenty of parking outside. The lady that helped me was friendly and efficient took time to explain things and didn't rush us to make a decision, good range of options and prices

They have a variety of product that includes all electronic gadgets luke mobiles laptops and many others with brands like samsung and lenovo. I bought a laptop from their store in 2017 and it still work really well. They provide excellent customer service for products under warranty and exchange of products in case of any malfunction of product.

So much better than Curry’s used to be 10 years ago - the prices are competitive, staff knowledgable, available and interested in helping.

Visited the Carphone Warehouse in Curry's PC world, lots of staff but none were overly attentive. I did eventually ask for some assistance, the service was spot on. The assistant took the time to explain a number of options and even had a look to see if they could find out when the launch date was for the phone I am after, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be anytime soon. Service was good, rather limited selection of phones available.

Went in to buy a microwave. The one we wanted not in stock so ordered for next day delivery extra£10. Quick and easy. However the staff did not have product training . ..all we could do was look at the control panel to work out what it did without out help across the range. So Curry's need to thoughly train staff on all products!!

Bought a laptop from currys Southampton. Products were good. But I wasn't that optimistic about the service. There were many staff around but you have to queue to see 1 person that handles purchases for laptops. So waiting time is quite long. Then when it's your turn to buy and pay, I thought i could walk out with a brand new laptop. But it turns out that they don't have the actual product which was on display at that time and they just order online on your behalf and have it delivered to your address. I could have just purchased the product online myself from home, it would have saved me some bus fare as I live in Winchester.

Staff no nothing about what they are selling had to show item on my phone. Website said it was there for collection but had to order at least it's next day collection. Staff member who ordered it was helpful and explained why not in stock and said website is more of a representation of what they have in-store or online.

Its ok for a Currys store, it's small and there isn't many customer service assistants, the person who did serve me was very polite and accomodating. The stock levels are quite low so chances are it won't have what you've seen on the website. Click and collect for next day seems the best bet for the store.

Finally managed to get a Hoover (Dyson ) after ours started playing up during lockdown. The young guy who dealt with me (normally works in John Lewis ) was brilliant. Brilliant service and advice about computers. They didn't have the one I liked the look of in stock, but the salesperson suggested a similar one and I really like it. Perfect for working from home and for leisure too. Only issues are that sometimes you have to wait quite a while for an adviser to come over to speak to you, as often they aren't stationed in the computing area, and also they do try to push the add ons quite a lot (although I do understand it's part of their job)

we went to currys to buy a new electric cooker we had been a few days before , when we arrived asked for a sales person to help,after I found one, whodidnt show much interest, told us that the item we spent 20 mins looking at was not in stock,and gave us some proper gander about labour shortages in Europe, and wouldwe like to buy a different one I said we would look at other suppliers, and gave more speil about lorry drivers and wot not, , we had another look at other cookers and found a very nice one at £700, we found the sails person wo said she was to busy and walked off , I found the supervisor , who was very polite and helpful, wich made up for the rudeness of the sales lady, in all we were very happy with the services of currys at the end of day , after they promised to retrain the rude sales person , so Happy Days all over the place, we might returned soon to buy a double door fridge freezer if the have one in stock Capt Nelson Digby

It’s my pleasure to now give Currys a 5 star award We all have hard times in life especially Business, Had an issue with a Mac over a year ago multiple attempts to returns, Now Currys have a fluid online ordering system, easy collect in store options The store itself has a much improved selecting of gaming bits :D, which make my rgb eyes light up, Really nice new manager please stay If you want any laptop or pc advice salah is your man, I hope my review is concrete enough for everyone and you should trust Currys again Just order online for collection were you can due to the pandemic you’ll be serviced well and remember to be polite it gets your issue resolved! Had to buy a Micro SD Card as the one I had got locked by my Android.system Completely & I hadn't changed the password or even backed up the photos!!! I ordered & paid for the new Micro SD online, received an email confirming the order and instructions how to collect. Inform the branch on arrival of car make, model and reg number. Which parking bay I was waiting in and it was brought straight out in moments. Brilliant customer service and also brilliant price too as it was reduced by almost 70% 👍

Disappointed by lack of dual fuel cookers to choose from. Ordered from ao instead. Had to wait in line for about 8 minutes due to amount of customers but staff asked which departments we wanted so could plan who to let in and when depending on busyness in parts of the store. A very efficient "click and collect" system. Ordered online and collected 45 minutes later. Large item carried out and loaded into my car all with social distancing and PPE. This was during Lockdown 2. Staff were polite and helpful.

I experienced very average customer service here, quite pushy to make you buy add ons and warranties, shame not as excited to help you find the product you want! Also they can't have much faith in what they sell if everything needs a warranty. What happened to selling things that work and not requiring a back up if 'anything goes wrong with it - you are covered' - how about just selling stuff that works in the first place!

I always feel disappointed with this store. I can wander around for ages hoping for help from an assistant but tend to get ignored. The help is hit and miss. Sometimes they are excellent and really go out of their way to help, and other times, they're quite useless. If I ask if they stock a particular item, it's not unusual for them to look on the shelves in exactly the same place I have looked then declare that they don't appear to have it. Aye Sherlock, I could say that from looking at the shelf, how about you look on your magic computer there and then tell me? It seems everything I go in there for has to be ordered online from a different company. Shame really because I want to support real shops.

Good price, friendly staff and helpful, there was only one thing I was a bit disappointed in, we spent a lot of money in currys last week and was going to buy a Fitbit me and my partner are not very good with technology, so we asked a member of staff if they could set it up, he said they couldn't, so I went to Boots bought a Fitbit and they sorted it all out for me. That's the only problem I had with currys other than that it's a brilliant shop thank you.

Well laid out store with demonstration equipment for most products so you can be sure you know what you're buying. Some of the staff have very little knowledge of the products and all staff are keen to up sell with hugely overpriced accessories (cables and memory cards etc.). Many companies have their reps in store who try to pull you away from competitors products and lie about why theirs is better, the 'sales pitches' I've heard have been shocking.
