I had a problem with a new vape and they did some tests and worked out it was a faulty coil so they replaced it for nothing. They also taught me what to do before I change a coil. Excellent service and I highly recommend them. Service with a smile

Very friendly staff and seemed knowledgeable. Chap serving was very polite and had a good conversation in general. Shop seems to have slightly more options available than the typical vape shop with plenty of top brand flavours. Not bought equipment so can't say anything on that but the juice recommendations were good and I'll certainly be back.

Top place... all liquids are free from metals and other chemicals as the store is certified (certificate presented and gifted with every purchase) Older man with glasses is the top man... helpful, honest, patient with people that never knew anything about vaping like myself. Not pushy, gives all the details, pros and cons, helps with budgeting, setup, etc etc etc..... I became a loyal and regular customer thanks to him.

Can't rate this store highly enough. Always provide a fantastic service, offer great advice and great deals. Credit to the team in the recent Convid-19 crisis where they also provide a amazing local delivery service.

Knowledgeable staff with okay prices, just above Internet prices you know; but a handy location and newer mods/juices/setups makes up for priciness. Oh, and the loyalty card is great since I get some monthly free juice - nice! The only problem is the lack of customer service, if something breaks(I. E a faulty product) it's near impossible to get a replacement or refund. I feel as though these people don't stand by their products and just want to make money.

Friendly, honest and always willing to help. If something's not right for you, they won't try to make you buy it just to make profit. Always make time for their customers - how they do this in busy periods, I will never know! But they do. Fantastic range of flavours, prices and equipment to suit everyone. Why go anywhere else?! :)

Really helpful staff who saw my deer caught in headlights look on my face and calmly and slowly took lots of time to talk me through options, try different liquids, walked me through setting up the vape and even supplied sweets to keep the kids occupied so I could concentrate! After seeing some negative reviews I felt I had to share my experience with SVC. I have nothing but praise for the staff in the shop. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and don't push you into buying anything. I have used the Vape shop in Totton before and the customer just doesn't compare. Tottons is awful by the way. Anyways, I recommend SVC to anyone :)

I find the negative reviews on here astonishing . The owner of this place Ian is not only a really nice guy but I have been using the shop for 2 years . I have never found him or any of his staff to ever be " arrogant " or indeed " rude " All of the staff are happy and friendly . A couple of years ago at Christmas Ian spent nearly an hour with my wife making sure that my Christmas present was " perfectly suited " to me. Ian is very experienced and passionate about vaping and has an incredible amount of knowledge on the subject . Not only is this good for the consumer " including your health " but Ian stands up for the " rights to vape " on a nationwide board. I can assure anyone reading these reviews that he is not " in it for the profit or money " he is genuine and truly cares about his customers. I would like to add in May 2016 myself and my wife experienced a " heartbreaking miscarriage " . As soon as Ian heard about this he organized a huge bouquet of flowers for me and my wife. They truly are an amazing team at this place. We know nearly all of the staff there on a personal name basis . They are that friendly :) Five Stars for this place with no hesitation whatsoever . I would also like to give Ian and Vanessa both of our warmest wishes and congratulations on their upcoming wedding on Monday 5th September 2016.
