Fantastic service. Andy sorted out my daughters laptop after having issues with it following a repair by another company last year, where I was essentially ripped off. Andy was honest and kept me informed of what was needed to rectify the issue. The repair price was very reasonable and completed in a timely manner, and overall I am really happy with the service, thank you. I will have No hesitation to use Sparkeys again.

Amazing hidden gem to the Meir area I wasn't even aware of the place until recently for vape products but I always go in for liquids and everything I need. Friendly staff service with a smile would recommend here if you want buy or any advice about vapes.

Messaged the shop yesterday to ask for recommendations for a new vape and got a response right away didn’t get the persons name who I was speaking to but they were so friendly and helpful gave me multiple options rather than just trying sell the most expensive vape they had like some vape shops I’ve been to have done. Very good experiences good selection of mods,atomizers,rdas e.t.c huge variety of juice always willing to help if you ask they have explained flavours to me and Andy has helped me out previously with choosing some prebuilt coils for my first coil build and helped me choose my first standalone rda very good shop and have answered all my questions even when not purchasing :) my go to for juices.

Got to say one of the only places in Stoke were you will find the friendliest and most helpful staff and that's a fact always welcoming I come to use the sunbeds but end up chatting to the staff for a good half an hour and the owner Andy is sutch an amazing guy does anything for anybody all the products are of the highest quality and the sunbeds are so clean and hot would not go anywhere else so keep up the good work Andy and the guys from your local karaoke King jake 🎤😂😁

So i have recently been having computer problems after installing new hardware, i spent hours trying to solve the problem and get my rig back to its former self. So i decided to swallow my pride and take my computer down to showtime for somebody else to have a look at. I soon got a call from the computer guy and we spoke about my problem (he was very knowledgeable) So later on that same day i got another call saying the initial problem was solved but something else was not right with my rig, so we spoke some more on the phone and came to some sort of a conclusion, it was not what i wanted to hear but it had saved me many more hours of frustration. I had my computer back the same day and the price was very good also. Good job guys!

Can't fault this place. I have a PC, that is,18 years old. Gets filled with dust, from my open fire. Any problems, get sorted, quickly and cheaply. At 82 years old, I am a bit, PC dim, but I know I can get advice, from Andy, and his, friendly staff.

I come here to use the modern sunbeds which are kept clean and re-tubed annually, even if they haven't reached the end of their life span. The sunbed courses are by far the cheapest I've found in Stoke-on-Trent.
