Excellent service, order on Thursday received my new monitor less than 24 hours later. They helped me install it over the phone as I’m not very IT literate. Absolutely fantastic service and I saved £250 on a Dell P322 monitor. Highly recommend.

Monitor come in refurbished condition as advertised. Slight blemishes on stand, screen in good condition. Poor quality used HDMI wire included. Would buy again.

Never used company before and so was bit dubious. Should have had no concern - they were first class. Placed a monitor order at 3pm one day at a great price and had the monitor by 11am following morning. All packaged well. Really happy that they team up with DPD to provide a great all round service. Ordered a really expensive but really competitively priced monitor for my son for Christmas. It arrived on time and well packaged but the panel had a pixel fault. Customer service arranged for a swap and all went well. Thanks Ben! Would definitely use again. Electronics can be faulty but customer service is everything. Top job.

Just bought Dell 27 inch curved monitor and it's awesome! Works great, no scratches. Monitor came new with cables and drivers on cd, everything packed good, condition excellent. Will buy next time something else! Highly recommend this company!

I was really apprehensive about buying from this company - their website looks dated and shabby, with mistakes all over the place, and I'd never heard of them and couldn't find many independent reviews. But I wanted to buy a specific Dell monitor which wasn't being manufactured any more, and these guys had a refurbished one in stock for about £120 cheaper than Amazon. So I thought I'd take a chance and maybe get burned. I contacted them by email first to ask about the condition of the stock they had (refurb, ex-demo, clearance etc.) and to confirm the returns policy, to prevent surprises and so I'd have it explicitly in writing if something did go wrong (and got a decent response), then ordered the product online at 11pm on a Thursday. The next morning at 10:30 I get a phone call from them. They said that because I'd enquired about the general condition of the product, when they'd received my order this had been flagged up, and they opened the item up and inspected it to check the quality in detail. They were phoning to let me know about a light 5mm scratch on the monitor's bezel, and ask if I was still okay with the order or wished to cancel! They gave a clear description of it and said that was the only fault they could find, which I was fine with. That afternoon I got a delivery estimate email for Monday, having been informed that they don't generally deliver on Saturdays. The next morning at 09:35 an email arrives to say DPD will deliver it between 11 and 12 - which they do, almost bang on 11:00. I open the box to find the item in perfect (though refurbished) condition, with the scratch they were so worried about barely visible even if you're specifically looking for it! In short, the product is excellent (have had it two months now, no problems), they saved me a lot of money, and I've never had such proactive and helpful service from an online retailer. The exact opposite of what I expected from looking at their website.

Brilliant. Sent me a monitor that had a slight backlight issue and occasionally flashed. Replaced it quickly and arranged a pickup so that I was never without a screen. 10/10.

I've been doing online shopping for years now but have always bought from huge chains like Amazon and the like just because I'm afraid of getting duped. When itcsales popped up in my search for refurbished laptops, which I plan to use in our business, I thought I'd give it a go. It's not brand new anyway and the price was really cheap! I've been coming back to ITC Sales since my first purchase 3 years ago. I don't believe in buying everything brand new and enjoy building my own PC, so their refurbished or factory seconds PC parts are perfect! I've already built 2 PCs and have also recently bought a nice Dell Latitude laptop. I've had a few issues with one item but had no problems getting a replacement. Their customer support was fast and friendly. I will definitly go back for more.

We order a decent amount of IT equipment and use various suppliers. We stumbled on ITC Sales and ordered 27" monitors that seemed too cheap. Looking at the reviews it wasn't really a gamble. The ITC handling team processed the order so well and everything was made clear and tracked. After receiving the monitors we quickly ordered more items including computers and again the same process. Extremely professional company with great prices and products with a high level of customer service. Now our chosen supplier of IT equipment.

I am so glad I took a chance buying a factory graded laptop with Itcsales. Two months on, and I have not had any issues with it. I got exactly what I was expecting and they made sure that there were no surprises either, since they provide all the details about the item on their website. I got the laptop on time as well. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for cheap laptops, especially if you can't afford a brand new one.

I found their ad on twitter and was curious at just how cheap the laptop they were selling was. I'm not new to online purchases so I know what to watch out for. I am glad to say that they surpassed my expectations -- although I wasn't too impressed with their website, the item I bought and their customer service were excellent. I'll definitely go back to them for future purchases.
