Excellent customer service. Bought a replacement electric built-in oven for my girlfriend, very easy transaction. I was greated with a very friendly and smiling assistant who was very happy to help with my purchase. I did originally pay for the item online prior to arrive to hopefully make it an even easier transaction. However they didn't action the order in store so received an email stating order cancelled no monies taken. Very easily solved in store item was paid for an two sales assistants came out and lifted the oven into my car. The oven was very easily fitted and wired up. Just like wiring up a plug. All working as it should and looks fabulous. 👍👍

Very helpful, professional, searching and collecting the products from warehouse I and my daughters were interested in. Very good experience, 10 min. and we were happy driving back home with new toys!

Full of electrical goodies I can't afford , and does anybody really need a tv that big ? Or a £200 toaster ? Needs to cater more for ordinary people, that aren't well off. Otherwise a great place to browse with some friendly assistants.

Shocking,absolutely shocking. Customer service used to be none existent and I used to avoid. Problem was it was the only place that had a printer cartridge in stock. I was stood looking for the cartridge and suddenly a staff member appeared from no where and asked if I needed help. I nearly had to sit down.

**REVIEW FOR HALEY AT CURRY'S WARRINGTON** Ordered two watches and then realised they didn't have GPS. Couldn't find my receipt but called into the store to see if they would help. Was served by Haley. I have to say Haley was nothing short of BRILLIANT. Making my whole experience a very pleasant one! She located my receipt after painstakingly going through all the purchases and then ordering up our new GPS watches for click and collect. WELL DONE HALEY, YOU ARE A CREDIT TO CURRY'S. Staff are kind, but they never have anything in stock. Went here for a tv and a soundbar, they had neither in stock. We also went here a few months ago, found a wine cooler and they didn't have it in stock. Probably look elsewhere for our tech now.

Went in on Saturday to buy a TV. We were served by Ash the Samsung rep who was brilliant. Spent ages with us explaining the features of the tvs we were looking at. Not pushy at all and he listened to what we wanted and helped get us to the right TV for us. 10/10 great guy, great tv

Spacious, clean with a wide range of products. Had to wait a while for customer services, however this is due to not having enough staff to meet demand. The staff are SO friendly, polite and are super helpful (and patient with people like me who don't understand computers that well!), the store manger just needs to rota more staff on so that they can actually pause for breath from time to time! The guy helping me said he hadn't stopped all day and whilst helping me he was also in the process of helping two other customers. Poor guy, still kept smiling though!

Quite a good selection of gadgets home appliances TVs and stuff...I was left to browse at will and not badgered by salespeople I knew what I wanted (fridge freezer) so I got a salesman to go through this with me accepting this is his job I asked a few technical questions as I wanted them to include fitting £90 yyyikess!!! These people know no hands on experience about the physical part of the job...so hit a brick wall there simply needed to know if I had to put a plinthe in to align the doors with the unit doors or do the fitters do this. All in all a pleasant chap and good service so far not had it fitted yet. take care out there 👍👍👍

Always my first port of call when buying new or upgrading electronic equipment. Huge choice of products to take away or arrange for delivery. I recently moved into a new property and and needed a list of things, Ben helped me pick out products and provided great customer service.

I was so impressed by the amount of products in this place and the setup ! It’s like the best CURRYS PC WORLD I been too. I live in Altrincham but ( the Altrincham store has never anything in it and the staff are awful ) When I went yesterday to the Warrington branch I fall in love 😍. From now on if only go to Warrington branch.

Staff were too busy talking too each other to notice we needed some help finding a product we had gone especially there to see . Eventually someone came over and then had to go and find out where this product was . It turned out that it wasn't in stock in that store . We asked if it could be delivered to that store and the answer was no . We then asked what stores did stock it and the closest was 15 miles away . I asked if they could reserve it for me to save me getting there and it was already sold . The answer was no again . This cost Currys a sale unfortunately. Yes I could have bought it online and collected it but I felt the Currys I was in should have assisted me more . Apart from that it's the same as all the rest , Overpriced and over rated .

Preordere an item for collection. Friendly staff, but... The store wasn't busy and a lot of staff on the shop floor were talking with each other. There was 1 person at the collections desk who spent more time helping the only other staff that was on the tills than they did with the customer being served at the time. I waited 15 minutes before another staff member came along and got served, and even then the whole process took about 5 minutes. 20 minutes to buy a small item in a not so busy shop.... Doubt I'll be visiting again.

Alright on the whole, friendly staff and the rest, although I did click and collect and got sent between 3 different departments to collect, then had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to bring my new laptop from the warehouse even though it was empty. Another thing I didn't like was the trying to sell additional software and insurances on top of the product. The product itself was great and the price was better than most, even online.

The staff are friendly and happy to help. They only get three stars as they failed to tell me that my American fridge freezer would need a specialist team to take in to pieces so it would fit through the door. So the delivery men didnt even get it off the lorry and had to send it back. I got a full refund within 24 hours.

The staff are ready to help when needed some are better than others. We made a reservation on line we received a call regarding the reservation which helped us decide on whether to purchase or not, as there was only a display item available for our reservation. The prices appear to be slightly higher compared to products online. You get what you pay for, regarding quality. Due to the store being local this is currently our preferred way to shop. I've bought many items online which have been returned for various reasons. At least here I can see the item prior to purchasing. I'm sure they price match on branded items.

Just outside the town centre on a retail park, easy to get to and with lots if parking. A big store with lots of departments from the usual TVs and white household appliances through to smaller kitchen items and gadgets. They also offer a fairly decent range of computer equipment and home entertainment, along with home automation. Service is good but getting served to pay seems to be a bottleneck even though they have multiple tills.

Good for looking around and the odd bargain, but being a large store finding a member of staff who can answer a question on a particular product is a task in itself as there are so many products so need to find the specialists in that section. Generally if I’m purchasing something from there I already know what I want I google any questions I have to ask.

great store selling everything electrical for the home as well as computers. laptops Tv's and all the peripherals. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly but not too pushy. Will allow you to look at stuff before approaching you for the sale. Will price match other retailers too. Free parking outside. Disabled friendly and wheelchair is available at front door of store for user. Only downside is that they push the sale of insurance for items, many of which are covered by your house insurance policy although make sure you check this

It's big, has pretty much everything in there with a huge choice. Staff are lacking though. Often they're bunched up having a chat to eachother. Prices can be hit or miss. Always worth shopping around online, but a good shop to actually see the items in the flesh as most of it is on display and can be physically touched

Not as many items on display as you would expect compared to what they offer online, but still a great place to buy electronics (kettles, Hoovers, phones) and look around and get a feel for things you have seen online, especially the TVs and their scale.

Not many other places left to buy a myriad of electrical goods. Large sprawling building full of sparkly gadgets and latest must have things, just let down a bit by some of the staff. I spent a happy hour browsing and was never once asked if i needed help or even paid any attention. On line there is masses more stock, some can be ordered and collected from the store other stuff delivered. If you need a fix of electronics this is the place.

Got what we wanted, but bulbs were on 3 for 2 deal and they only had 2. No offer of they would order one for us to collect at later date. Builds were nearly £50 each. Basically his manner was tough we sint got one. Felt like it was poor customer service.

Visited the St Helens branch to buy a tv for our son for xmas, the one i wanted wasnt in stock the lady stated that the Warrington branch had 4 in stock so off up the M62 i went to Warrington. Arrived at the Warrington store, wow what a difference this store was busy, hardly any staff available, asked 1 guy was he free, he said he was serving someone but would return to serve me...never saw him again, stupidly i waited 20 mins to be served only to be told by the young man that he worked for 'LG' so he didnt really know about TV's but would try and help me. Asked about the tv in question he said nope non left, i told him that i had been told this store had 4 in stock... again he said no they had none in stock, i could order 1 but they couldn't say when i would get it, he stated that the st helens store were lying and trying to get rid of me, said i dont think that was the case, yeah we do it all the time !!!! Charming eh... wont be going there anymore, hence to say i got the same TV of Amazon for £20 cheaper and delivered the next day.. that sort of customer service wont help the High St, i didnt waste any fuel or get spoken down to by some jumped up little know it all whilst shopping on the internet...

Wanting to support local stores and workers, I was trying to spend £300 buying locally instead of online. Local Curry's superstore does not stock. You have to order and wait for it to come in. Might have just as well ordered online! Currys loss, another national brand has it in stock locally!

Went to carphone warehouse to buy a charger, waited an hour to be served as there was only one person and he was selling someone a phone... Security tags ment I had to wait for him to take the item of the shelving so I could buy it. The people from PC world told me they couldn't help as it's carphone warehouse so I was forced to wait.

Huge store on Alban retail park, now renamed and revitalised as Junction nine retail park. On the main A49 road heading north out of Warrington lots of diverse stores to visit and plenty of parking spaces. The Currys PC World store is massive, I bought my Sony tv from here a few years ago. On this occasion I was instore shopping for a new steam iron, the large selection priced from £9.99 up to £99 was bewildering to a mere male. So I asked a member of staff how her ironing skills were and which one she would reccomend.I settled for a £14.79 Russell Hobbs steam iron, being an occasional ironer. By registering the product online I got a 3 year warranty, intial results were good when I tried it out on a t-shirt lots of steam. The store has lots to see with computers, large tv's gas or electric cookers, fridge freezers, digi cameras, carphone warehouse phones to name check a few.
