The gentlemen in the Woking I store are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, extremely helpful and take the time to listen and offer sound advice, rather than just try and sell you something you don’t want or need. Went in with a busted phone and they recommended, based on my budget, to send off for a full model replacement which saved me double the amount of money to buy the latest version. Love my phone and my contract so didn’t want anything new. All done in 3 working days, everything down via email. Even lent me a loner phone for a fair price with full refund on the deposit. Top work guys, thank you so much again!

My daughter needed a phone upgrade in June (2022) the stuff at the Woking branch was very professional, quick to serve us and very accommodating to our needs and expectations. Great service by Kingsleigh, I called up Sat am reserved a new iPhone 13 pro max (last one in stock) collected it by the pm, discussed other accessories with him (MagSafe etc) and he advised on what products he would recommend and why, he also fitted a screen protector for me (dead flush) with a lifetime warranty…. If I’d of bothered to have filled my last screen cover warranty out then I wouldn’t have been buying a phone due to water damage through a broken screen. Expensive lesson to learn.

What a stressful day, had to get a new IPad!!! As my old one who served me with 9 years service has slowed down and not opening emails, a dear friend of mine Jane was experiencing the same. So off we both go, clutching all our passwords, which have changed over the years many times, to see such a total gent called Kingsleigh at the apple store in Woking and sorted us both out. I think he thought he was dealing with 2 mad ladies, but after an hour, we are all up and running with new iPads. Just got to get used to the new changes. He was very professional, very pleasant and in the end we all had a laugh about how hot it was in the shop and note to us both, wear cotton!!! I can totally recommend this store and customer service was brilliant…… And we both walked away, totally de stressed, with 2 IPads fully uploaded, and didn’t loose a thing…. Why was I so worried….. I was so impressed with the help I received from Kingsleigh that I not only purchased a new iPad Air but also an iPhone 12. He was on his own today but managed to deal with 2 or 3 people at the same time and always with a smile. Technology can be very stressful when it goes wrong! Mac Book Pro screen failure lead to the discovery of iStore Woking. Great staff - really knowledgable, customer focussed, calm (especially in the face of my stress) and helpful. Kingsleigh, in particular, was a star. Even though this is not local to me I would go out of my way to shop here for technology again.

Advantages Great Service with a particularly difficult IPhone 11 issue. Comment Kingsley and the Team (Patrick, Chip, Jade and others) were all involved it trying to deal with an IPhone11 that was locking/freezing up randomly. The issue started in Dec 2021 but were intermittent. By March, it was freezing up regularly and for 6—8 days at a time! Kingsley worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved and he and his team are a credit to the Apple Premium Reseller organisation and found detailed logs in the machine that proved it WAS indeed HARDWARE PROBLEM! Well done Kinglsey and Patrick — Gold Star! This was not a simple issue - the difficult was the nature of the problem as well as trying to deal with Apple in Ireland who really struggled to understand that the iStore had found a Hardware problem in the logs from early Jan when the phone was in Warrantee BUT Apple refused to accept that the logs were from my phone because Apple said it was software and did a full reload on the phone, WIPING THE LOGS ! Fortunately Patrick and Kingsley at Woking had screenshot the relevant page! Eventually Apple agreed and a letter from the iStore (Apple doesn't have a channel to their Premium Resellers would you believe!) leaving the customer to play Piggy in the Middle!!!! For Apple to class themselves as Customer Centric is a joke - Apple Ireland need to take a long hard look at who it is that they think they are serving by not having a direct communications channel with the Reseller network! Thank God for the tenacity of the iStore in Woking!!

Monday afternoon my Apple iPad gave in to old age. I was so upset so I now have to rely on my family to take me out, I'm 82 and early this year I had to give up driving . Can't walk far. So off we go to Woking Tuesday afternoon, wheelchair at the ready and grandsons wanting to push me into this shop to be greeted with a lovely smile from Kingsleigh and knew I would get sorted, and yes a new iPad. After booking an online appointment Simon and Jade arranged to replace my defective iPhone battery within an hour and without any fuss. They performed diagnostic tests to check that it was just the battery at fault and once this had been verified I was able to leave it with them to fix over my lunch hour. We couldn't have had a better experience today with iStore - Apple Woking. We went in with a circa 1990 Apple desktop and asked the manager to take out the hard drive and get rid of the rest for us. It was almost impossible to get into it - no screwdriver would work, no pliers would break it open. The brilliant manager spent over half an hour prising it open, causing considerable damage to his hands. He was amazingly determined and persistent and he did it in the end. And then he charged us - nothing. He recycled another ancient desktop for us too. The other guys in the shop were endlessly friendly and helpful. We'd definitely go back there if we wanted or had a problem with any Apple product. We can't recommend them highly enough.

After being let down by the iStore in Guildford I had to come to this one. I was really impressed with the staff, very helpful. I was also very surprised on how quickly they fixed my laptop. I’ve only ever used a regular Apple store before, but when I had a problem with my IMac that Apple phone support couldn’t help, the phone support team booked an appointment for me in Woking’s IStore. I found Huck's service exceptional, and he and all his colleagues were very pleasant to deal with. Huck was super efficient, going above and beyond normal customer service. My repair was done really quickly and at reasonable cost. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use the store again.

Young staff manning the shop. Technically knowledgeable, but more money orientated towards profit than the need of the customer. I took a laptop in to have the flat battery replaced, as diagnosed by another official store, however, the staff insisted that they needed to carry out their own instore diagnostics before replacing the battery for a fee of around £500.00. I walked out. But feel free to visit and bring a fat wallet. Addition: 5 April 19, it was forced for £45.00 at my local computer repair shop and performing well since. Click like if this helped. I Was going to buy my iPad Pro from Covent Garden but the staff there were terrible and couldn't care less. I found my local iStore online and the staff were insanely awesome! couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The manager served me , set up my iPad and got me up and running in no time at all. iStore only sells Apple products. However, not all the staff is familiar with the details of these products. It is a convenient place to touch, see and feel the Apple products BUT, if you want further information, need to go to the nearest Apple store. There is one in PCWorld in Guildford. Of course, there is the internet.
