Spoke to John about a damaged laptop mini HDMI connector repair. He was honest about the likelihood of being able to repair it rather than take the laptop and charge a diagnostic fee which others were suggesting. Gave some very helpful advice about getting a USB to HDMI adapter to solve the problem. Genuine, helpful and honest. Would recommend and use again.

Jon has been very helpful to me in the past when I have experienced computer issues, and as I am currently looking to buy a new laptop I asked him for his advice. At 78 years of age I needed some clarity and an honest opinion.
