As Chair of a Local Air Cadets squadron we asked Dave from Spire help us with the upgrade of the IT and Internet connections at our unit. We had a limited budget and as all funds are raised from donations we were keen to get what we needed for the best price. With Spires help we managed to get our unit right up to date with fast broadband, new networking and some new work stations. The service was fantastic, on time and on budget. This has added a real benefit to the young people in our local community and cannot thank Spire enough.

Paul and the Spire Team have been amazing ! So attentive and especially on hand to help with any teething issues that we had during the switch over from our previous telephony / broadband provider . City Signs Signage and Display have been a client of SPIRE TECHNOLOGY for a few years now (and always been very well looked after) however, we instructed them recently to upgrade our existing phone system to a new 3CX system. The process of the change over has been fantastic and problem free, We were kept in the loop at all times with great communication and literally only had 3 minutes of down time while lines were switched over. Great service - we are 100% happy with our new system and would not hesitate to recommend SPIRE to anyone looking for a new system or support..

We were recommended to Spire by our new website designers to sort out our emails which to be honest had been a nightmare. We have dealt with Spire, possibly since they started, at first just for maintaining our phone system, helping remotely when possible and when we had a major failure, came out and changed a couple of controllers. When we looked at cutting costs, they set us up with a couple of IP lines to try before going the whole hog, that went well, so now we have saved a massive amount of money on calls by going over to IP for all our lines. Very pleased with the advice and help we have received from Spire.

Refreshing to deal with a company who take the hassle away from dealing direct with the networks.. Our move to our new unit went without problems with the help of Darren at Spire transferring our phone and internet lines, most businesses i know have huge problems with this when moving. Claires also helped us switch our mobile phones, she persevered until she got the right deal for us.
