I ordered a RAM upgrade from 8 GB to 16 GB for my wife's desktop computer. Mr Memory had an exact replacement for the original DIMMs by manufacturer and model number. They sent the new DIMMs from Worthing to me here in Texas. Easily tracked the package as it left the UK, got through US Customs in Chicago, arrived in Houston and left our local post office for delivery to me at home. The DIMMs arrived well-packaged and in anti-static packaging. I installed them in my wife's computer within 30 minutes of receiving them. They worked first time. Excellent! My only complaint (a very minor one) is that neither the specs nor the labels on the DIMMs have any information about the CAS latency. Not an important consideration in this case, but just something I like to know. Condolences on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. A principled, dignified, marvelous, and admirable Lady. May she rest in peace, in the joy of her well-earned eternal reward.

We ordered 22 sticks of memory to upgrade a batch of PCs in our high school. The original memory sent, although it fitted etc. caused intermittent blue-screens and seemed slightly incompatible. This was dealt with extremely efficiently and the right memory was sent out before we'd even packaged up the original batch. Easy to navigate website making a purchase smooth and simple. Super fast delivery and well packaged. I had an issue whereby the actual build of my laptop was different to the spec listed all over the internet. My original order was for 2 x 8gb RAM which is the spec all listings on every website said my laptop would take, however after purchasing and stripping the laptop to fit, i found that the build of my laptop was different, only one slot available. After discussion with Craig @ Mr Memory it was decided that a return of the 2 x 8gb RAM and a purchase of the single 16gb RAM was the option. This all happened the same day as receiving and the 2 x 8gb RAM. I made the new purchase that same day and again the new memory arrived the following day, super fast delivery. I returned the 2 x 8gb with an easy, free postage returns process and was advised very quickly that they had received them back and the refund processed. Sought memory for a DELL R210 server and MrMemory was really easy to use. Added 2 x 4 GB sticks to the basket and it was exactly what I needed. The brand even matched the one that was already in the machine. Zero compatibility issues as speed, CAS timings and sizing are all as expected. Server saw it right away on boot. Communication was excellent, they sent out install instructions before shipment (not that I need it) but for someone who hasn't done the job before it's would be a nice touch and likely reduces support calls / RMA's. Shipping was ultra fast. Ordered at 4:15 pm on a Friday and goods arrived on Saturday by lunchtime. They delivered on the promise to ship same day if ordered before a certain time. This has really helped my home lab projects take off as I needed the memory to run a couple of VM's on an older server and I didn't have to wait ages before anything showed up. Well packaged, clearly neither stick had an issue and will use this service again.

Absolutely excellent. I was unsure the relevant RAM would be available for such an older (circa2011) MacBook but there it was on MrMemory. (Original) Foarte prompti cu promisiuni pe care apoi nu le mai onoreaza. Au anulat FARA SA ANUNTE si FARA SA RETURNEZE BANII o comanda ferma plasata online si achitata, pretextand ca nu au primit raspuns la un e-mail, in conditiile in care detaliile livrarii fusesera clarificate telefonic, ulterior acelui e-mail. In tot acest timp, in interfata magazinului online comanda a figurat cu statusul "PROCESSING" (we process your money). Update 08.03.2018: Va pot ridica punctajul la trei stele acum, dupa ce banii au fost returnati, la cerere :)... Memoriile din a doua comanda au sosit, una fiind defecta. V-o trimit inapoi cu rugamintea sa n-o vindeti urmatorului client care va va face un review obiectiv. Pun si o fotografie a celor doua memorii, observati diferentele ?
