I took a broken laptop and external drive to Steve, and he went above and beyond to get a result on the items.
From the moment I stepped into the shop to the moment I collected my items, Steve and his team were extremely helpful and very clear as to the process of repair. Their communication and customer service is exceptional, and they explained everything clearly and precisely.
There is only one place I would recommend for any tech repairs or assistance, and that is the Geek Cabin.

I. A.Sometimes drinking tea in front of the laptop can be expensive. I accidentally spilled my cup of tea on the keyboard of my ASUS ROG laptop. Obviously it went off and showed no sign of life even after I opened it completely and dried it out as best as i could. I thought it's lost. I found this repair shop on google and took it there. Steve was very helpful and dealing with this kind of damage before sounded reassuring. My laptop was not only fully recovered but the system has been cleaned too. It now works like it's new.

Not only did Geek Cabin add extra memory but they tweaked the PC so it could handle the update, plus the installed the latest update to Microsoft Flight Simulator at no extra cost.
