I was amazed how easy it was to set up and sync with the wifi. The young man who served us assured us he would be there to help if we needed it. A much better experience than buying on line. M. W.They are great! I updated my laptop which had Windows7 to Windows10. Everything on my laptop is in Japanese so it took time but they did their best and kept me updated where they up to. I strongly recommend The Tech Heroes!
G. S.An excellent service! Took my computer there after I'd been a victim of a scam. For safety they advised reformatting the disc and then reinstalling the programmes. They did this within 24 hours and kept me informed of progress via email. I will definitely use them again.
