Guys arrived when they said they would, their work was clean and tidy. Mark kept us up to date with everything that was being done, when finishing at night he let us know they were leaving and what time they’d be back the following. 3 exceptionally nice guys. Would not hesitate to recommend this company from initial contact, salesman/surveyor, workmen through to office staff. Always professional and polite but always people you could talk to easily

Fantastic job done by LTI Transformations last week, David and the boys were brilliant telling us what they were doing stage by stage, polite and friendly workers got on the with job as soon as they arrived. With the building previously painted with a normal stone paint it was so bright and clean when job finished, also fixed any cracks we had on the building. Big big thanks to all the staff we have dealt with, so happy with the building now and it definitely stands out from the other houses around us.

Since having the work done of my house, it inspired me to erect modern fencing, and improve my driveway. The transformation of my home looks remarkable. I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish the men were very polite and tidy. They cleaned the complete house and then sprayed on the wall coating paying great attention to detail around all the tricky parts. The best money I have ever spent the transformation was epic! Overall very positive experience. The kerb appeal of our house has greatly improved and the work done was carried out with professionalism. I appreciate the weather is changeable in Scotland however I feel we could have done with a bit more communication in this regard although all staff were polite and helpful when we contacted them. Pointed out some tidy up work that needed attention (I am picky) and they obliged without issue. Would recommend on.

Door canvassing guys friendly & gave good impression & fair knowledge of what was on offer. Problem started with the 'call back to confirm canvassers were pleasant & wearing I'd, then wanted 'all' homeowners present for a quote claiming this was a legal standard. Could not get beyond this stage, as we & our neighbours are all working households, with young family, we can't all be available to stand outside for 20 mins discussing the roof . In general: sounds ok, surprised they are pouring for work while my own roofers have a 6-week lead time, and their own policy, disguised as 'law' bottlenecks & narrows out the customers who may be serious, but cannot conform due to other commitments . For myself, they caused alienation of customer & put off the customer & neighbours after a successful sales patter.

Great job by Mark, (Supevisor) plus Mark, Gordon, supported by George and Peter who coated our roof & walls, replaced our fascias, soffits and guttering, and replaced the layers of torch on felt on our garage roof with rubber. Thanks for lying on till 2100 one Friday night to make sure the garage was waterproof. And thanks to Jordan and Donald who made a great job of spraying our uPVC windows & doors, very quick and no mess. Didn't even have to take blinds or curtains down. All explained what they were doing and how they were doing it, and kept us informed as to their moves. Clearly this type of work has to be done with an eye on the weather forecasts Have had quite a few admiring comments from passers by and neighbours

We have had our roof cleaned and sealed by LTI.The job that Dan and Jason did was first class.They made sure everything was cleaned up after they finished even washed the windows.We cannot fault the work they did, the transformation to our roof is very noticeable.It gives the house a fresh look.

Bothered my 80 year old mother, who said she would not do anything till consulted her daughter 2 doors away and said not to bother her. Next we find out salesman is asking my sister about starting. As part of a follow up the company director was made aware and he apologised stressing this is not what they expect and that the sales person would be hauled in.

This was a fantastic Company to deal with. From Salesman, Surveyor to Thomas and his team for the wall repairs to Robert, Mark and George for the completion of the house treatment. Lovely courteous employees and a first class job done. I am delighted with the finished job and nothing was too much for the boys to do (wee extras). From Fin the salesman, Joyce and Samantha in the office, John, Sean and Grant the workmen the service was wonderful. The workman were courteous & considerate of ours and our surrounding neighbours properties. Not one bit of mess left. They even took the dirt from the roof away with them. Excellent company to do business with. No pushy sales pitch just information and rest up to you. Office staff stay in touch about arrangements all very friendly to deal with. The workmen are lovely and hard workers no stopping for breaks every 2 minutes just head down get work done and beautiful job when finished. Couldn’t be more happy with this company and the work they carried out, I had my windows and door resprayed they look amazing. Everyone has commented on them. George and his partner we’re probably the nicest tradesmen I’ve had doing work for me. Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or who came down to price the job were friendly, professional amd really helpful it looks like brand new windows amd door, I just wished I had got them to paint the outside of my house before I had it done by another company would highly recommend for any work needing carried out and will definitely use them again if needed.
