Read previous reviews and based on those I contacted Niall. Glad I did as Michael and team did a superb job on installing a privacy fence which was stepped down the gradient of the hill in equal sections, just as I had discussed with Niall. Michael chatted details through with me as he worked and did a great job. A skilled and experienced team.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Niall and his team. All work was carried out to the highest standard. Work started on the date promised and progressed quickly. Finishing touches were carried out without delay and the house was left as clean and tidy each day as possible during building work. We were kept well-informed at each stage of the work and building control approval was taken care of for us. The price quoted for the job did not vary by one penny. I can't recommend these guys enough. Having had a few bad experiences with tradesmen in the past, we were anxious about finding someone to do our extension. A friend of ours recommended Madden Contracts as they had done a great job on their loft conversion. These guys are brilliant. Very reasonably priced and done everything as and when they said they would. They always kept us in the loop about the build and always answered their phone when we rang them.
