Dial-a-builder have been fantastic all the way through our project (a medium-sized renovation and extension). From our initial meeting with Armand to discussing ideas before and during the project, to the price. The building work went smoothly, and Armand is always on hand to deal with any snags along the line. The build quality is excellent (we are now 6 months after completion) and have had no issues. Intially I got Dial a Builder to carry out a loft conversion. Armand and his team of builders did good quality work at a reasonable price for me so I decided to carry out the side single storey extension too. Contract clearly stated the payment required at each stage of the build. This way both parties were clear when payments were due to be paid (Not like cowboy builders who demand payment before they've even started the work). Armand ensured that each stage of the build was inspected by building control and passed. Any issues that were raised were resolved quickly in a professional manner. Really pleased we choose DAB to replace our roof. Astrid came out to quote and was really helpful and came in the cheapest. When we had an out of hours problem, they came out straight away within the hour, and it wasn’t even a problem they had created. The process from the first day we contacted Armand until completion has been incredibly smooth and satisfying, we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Our project was completed on time (give or take a couple of weeks for final touch ups) and on budget. Dial A Builder are fully committed and extremely hard working. Armand is an excellent manager, he aligns his team extremely well, he has a true passion for his business. It is very clear his team and sub-contractors hold him in high regard, their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction We lived in the property during the build, the entire project was clean, they took great care of our home. The team quickly became more than a construction partner; they became trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart . During the build we made some changes, our ideas were carefully considered, honest expert advice was given. Our weekly catch up meetings were well organised and efficient. Follow up actions were completed and reported back. If needed, workmen even came by on weekends and after hours in order to stick to their timescales. We are struggling to say anything negative about them. We have no hesitation in recommending Dial A Builder.

Dail a Builder 5 plus Star. within 3 weeks they finish my kitchen 8 meters by 9 meters extension in Solihull. At all times they been professional and understanding client needs. i had 6 different quotes and choose to go with Armand due to recommendation as well as it was within budget. i must say for the price and the quality it unbeatable. Mr Arman is an Excellent professional builder who is always on time. They don’t make you wait around, when I called them they came next day, convenient to our timing. My outside tile of the dormer was cracked, Arman came with his colleagues and replaced it and they did other jobs which needed to be done , That I wasn’t aware of as it was on the roof . We used Dial A Builder to remove a brick wall making our lounge and dining room into one. They installed an RSJ, did all the electrics, plumbing and skimming. Armand couldn't do enough for us. Anytime I wanted to discuss anything he was available to pop down and discuss. We also had a kitchen merged with our utility and re-plastered. They moved our boiler and did the electrics too.We had some underfloor heating work done as well. Highly recommend these guys. My number one priority is service and it was spot on. My next priority is a good finish and I was very happy with everything. Will definitely be using them again for future work.

I contacted Armand at Dial a Builder via a recommendation. He came straight away and quoted on a replacement skylight window. His team worked hard to get the job done in quite difficult circumstances as the skylight is on our first floor landing and they had to work from the inside. The guys all turned up on time and were very polite. I would definitely use Dial a Builder again and would recommend.
