We had our loft conversion completed in September and are really pleased with the result. Chris is really great. Very professional and really knows his stuff. I was impressed how everything ran to schedule with deliveries arriving when they were needed, being installed straight away. The job started when they said it would and finished on schedule. Chris and Sam did a great job of keeping me informed what was happening when and when i needed to be doing something! And likewise, before the job started Sam did a great job of keeping in touch and checking we were still on schedule. She definitely makes all the difference as in the past I have found builders just 'go dark' and you hve no idea if they will turn up or if they do, when they will finish. It was a pleasure to have Chris and the team working here and we have had lots of positive comments about the work. My only downside is that they only do lofts!

We were recommended to Warmers by friends and after viewing their conversion were happy to make contact for a consultation and quote. Chris came out to our home to measure up and talk us through the process/outline plan and provided clarity on what was and wasn't possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We knew we would have to wait to have our loft fitted by Warmers but were in no particular rush and happy to do so.........we are so glad we did!. Everything was covered off in detail from the payment arrangements to the expectations of who would be on site on what days and how the build itself would develop and progress. Although we were excited to see what was going on I was really happy to just leave Chris and his team to it and get on with the build.......they are the experts and we had total trust in them to deliver what we wanted. Everything progressed according to the plan and we were consulted the whole way through either by Chris or his equally hard working wife Sam who does a lot of the organising behind the scenes. The WhatsApp group that was set up was also a really useful tool for convenient communication and photos were also posted so we could see the build progressing through the stages. As the build came towards the end of the 6 weeks the C-19 virus became a new challenge and obstacle that none of us had envisaged! Chris and Sam worked frantically to ensure they could obtain all the materials needed to complete our project (suppliers were literally closing down by the day) and one or two changes had to be made but these were done with our complete knowledge and agreement and we were thankful for their sheer determination to deliver our project completion on time. The end result has given us exactly what we wanted and we are completely satisfied with our loft conversion and en-suite bathroom. We are absolutely happy to write this review and endorse the work of WLC not to mention the trustability of these guys to not only deliver your project but provide clear communication throughout the process. We cannot thank Warmers Lofts enough. We had our loft extension carried out at the end of November 2018. Four and a half weeks later we had a new master bedroom with en-suite. The external work carried out was fantastic, changing our roof from a hip to gable end with a complete new roof installed. Chris worked out a bespoke staircase for us so we didn't have to lose any space off a bedroom. The workmanship of Warmers Lofts is by far one of the best I have ever seen, and I work in the construction trade too. Attention to detail was second to none. I cannot recommend Warmers Lofts enough, Thankyou Chris and Sam, our house is now complete and we love it

We are really impressed with the work that Chris and Gaz have done in converting our loft. Of the 4 quotes we obtained, Warmers were one of the most competitive and Chris was by far the most professional. He was really thorough and took time to discuss the options and provided us with a sketch of what we could expect. Chris is very knowledgeable and put a great deal of thought into providing us with a loft conversion perfect for our needs, incorporating our views and ideas along the way. We had much more input that we expected, even down to doors, skirting boards, spindles etc. Chris maximised space and even tried to build the loft to accommodate various furniture that we wanted (in terms of size and location). Having heard of some bad experiences from friends who have had loft conversions we were a bit apprehensive about going through the process. However, Chris, Gaz and Sam were reliable and hardworking and were friendly and fun to have around. They turned up early each morning and worked tirelessly every day. They minimised disruption and were respectful of our home and cleared up after themselves each day. The build was managed really well by Sam, who was friendly and easy to get hold of and ensured that we knew who to expect when. There was good coordination between the various tradesmen to ensure work wasn’t delayed. There were no hidden costs and the price we paid was the price we were quoted, bar a couple of optional extras that were clear from the offset. We are really pleased with the final result and would wholeheartedly recommend Warmers. In fact, after seeing our new loft and hearing about our experience with Warmers, our neighbours have just had them to convert their loft and some other friends of ours have also just booked them. Should we move and ever require another conversion in the future we would definitely use them again.

We had a dormer loft conversion in June 2013 with Warmers Lofts and are delighted with the results. We shopped around a bit for quotes and opted for Warmers because of the options they offered, the attention to detail in the planning and the time taken to assure us around the viability of the project. (We have quite a low roof, so were concerned about the headroom - as it turns out we had nothing to worry about as we have even more headroom than Chris promised). They originally estimated 5 weeks, and they finished the job two days short of that estimate. They worked extremely hard, and were very flexible in working around my wife's business. She is a beauty therapist, and they managed to organise their work so noise was kept to a minimum during those quiet, relaxing treatments, which was massively important for us. The attention to detail was excellent, and Chris couldn't do enough for us to make sure everything was just right, including saving us about £500 by fitting some sliding wardrobes. We also felt that the entire team (plumber, electrician, plasterer, etc) employed to do the work were professional, friendly, and were careful to leave no mess. One other thing to mention was the fantastic back office support from Sam, who kept on top of all the admin: the paperwork, the certification etc to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible which, apart from reassuring us, obviously allowed Chris and his team to focus on the job itself. The bottom line is we couldn't be happier with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Warmers Lofts to anyone considering this type of work.

The team at Warmer's Lofts have recently finished our loft conversion and to say they have done a stunning job would still be a complete understatement. We were not convinced by previous companies or quotes that we had received prior to Chris arriving on a Sunday to carry out a very thorough measurement exercise and was able to give us two quotes (depending on which materials we chose) straight away. His thoroughness even at that stage was meticulous. After which, there was no question of who we wanted to go with. Sam kept in regular communication with us and we finally got the go ahead to start just before a weekend in December and before we knew it, the scaffolding was up the following Monday. Dave and his team began work and we hardly knew they were there. Working tirelessly in some awful weather conditions, they made incredible progress and before we knew it, Dave informed us our stairs would be going in. As Chris originally mentioned, this would be a sign that work would be nearly done. Dave's co-ordination with his team of plumbers, electricians and plasterers was amazing, every one in and out having done their work incredibly quickly. Ultimately we are now decorating and looking forward to moving into our huge new loft bedroom with en-suite in the very near future. Many thanks to all the team at Warmer's Lofts for such as fantastic job, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team to anyone that is thinking about having their loft converted.

We approached Warmer's Loft Conversions after my wife found their website and seen their reviews. Luckily, they had recently completed a loft extension in Harborne, Birmingham only 200 metres away from where we live. They managed to arrange for us to visit the completed loft extension and we were very impressed with the result that they'd achieved. The home-owner told us that she had no reservations in recommending Chris and his team to us for our build. We are glad that we did. We found everyone at Warmer's Lofts to be professional, approachable and good humoured. The work was completed to a very high standard with Chris regularly checking that we were happy with the build as it progressed. Unlike some of our previous experiences with tradesmen, we never felt that the team were skimping or failing to work to the highest standard possible. Ensuring good communication is probably one of the reasons that their ratings are 5 star! Every part of the work that they did for us was completed with good humour and a sense of pride in their work. Attention to detail was clear! Warmer's also go beyond the call of duty, offering options and ideas that you won't necessarily have even considered and helping to smooth problems that become apparent as work proceeds, without fuss. Even our neighbours have complimented us on our finished loft-conversion and the quality of the work. They'd admitted that they'd be concerned as to how their view might change, but they felt the new part of our house was better looking than they could have imagined. Some told us that they wished they'd used Warmer's for their own loft-extensions and they're builders too! We would highly recommend Warmers Lofts to anyone who wants more space in their home. They've left us with the benefits of a well made, well insulated, solidly constructed and beautiful addition to our home. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, honest and trustworthy team for your Midlands loft extension.

We had our loft converted in April. The service from Warmers was excellent from start to finish. They planned the loft around our available budget, listened to our requirements, and did the conversion taking into account our disabled sons needs. It was completed on time and to budget. Chris and his team have just finished our one bedroom loft conversion and we couldn't be happier! The original plan was completed within the set 5 weeks, as well as the extra work of fitting new spindles to both staircases. His team are friendly and polite, with a positive attitude to their work and around our children. They always arrived early for a full day's work, which sometimes meant working late too. Chris is a great project manager! He knew exactly what he was talking about and was more than willing to offer us advice. He kept us up to date with progress each day and with which contractors we could expect to appear. Lucky for us, he is also a perfectionist! He takes a lot of pride in his work and no job was too small. There were a couple of hiccups at the start, partly due to age of our house, which Chris did his best to correct as quickly as possible and at no extra cost to ourselves. His team even worked on Saturdays, although the promise of bacon sandwiches could have been their incentive! Second in command is Ash. He is definitely the early bird. He was always the first to arrive and set up for the day. We were really impressed with his carpentry skills and how hard he worked while he was on site. Lastly, there's Stu - the new addition! He is very handy at lifting and the best with a hoover and a jet-wash! Our house was kept as clean as possible throughout the whole build. They even sealed around the doors when the wall was knocked down to minimise dust spreading, which was perfect with two small, chesty children in the house. Warmer's Lofts really are a great team, who we quite missed after they left. Even our children have asked after them by name! They did a good job for a good price. All of our friends, family and neighbours have been impressed with the quality of the work too. We would definitely recommend Warmer's Lofts and would certainly call Chris in future!

From the very first moment you talk to Chris at Warmers Lofts, you know you are dealing with an experienced and meticulous individual who takes customer service, quality and pride in his work very seriously. We have been amazed by the end result and the feedback we have had from friends and family is that it looks as though the loft conversion has always been part of the house. The attention to detail from matching up existing balustrades, skirting, doors and even door hinges illustrates Warmers Lofts approach and has given us an exceptional finish. Living in a conservation area comes with its own planning issues, but Sam at Warmers did all the leg work for us in dealing with the council and local conservation paperwork, and her ability to solve problems and get things moving was first class. Finally, we have had some small snagging but nothing has been too much trouble and everything has been remedied within a few days. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

Chris Warmer and his team have just finished a loft conversion and first floor renovation for me. Throughout the process from getting a quote to finishing off I have been extremely impressed. PRICE: The price was right. Warmer's Lofts was well under similar quotes from larger competitors, and, there were no unexpected extras. The price we were quoted nearly a year ago was the price we paid. TIMING: Warmer's Lofts started on time and worked continuously from day one, without exception. When a job needed doing, they stayed on until it was done. They usually arrived by 8am, despite having quite a long journey and they made time to discuss the project with us. Each afternoon they stayed on until everything (including rubbish) had been put away and the site was swept and tidy. EXPERTISE: Chris and Ash shared with us their experience (100 loft conversions) and gave us very helpful advice at each step about how to progress. Their input helped us make good decisions. QUALITY: We received both a quality service, and, it was noted, not just by us, but also by our neighbours, that they used quality materials. The workmanship was of the highest quality - no detail was too small. Chris Warmer made every effort to ensure that everything met our expectations (and beyond). PERSONNEL: Chris, Sam, Ash and other members of the team were polite, friendly, helpful and responsible. Again, our neighbours commented on how conscientious they were, including showing respect for the community we live in. Similarly, the contractors who were brought in were also courteous and well mannered. Our sincere thanks go to Chris and the team. Having heard many horror stories about builders we were careful in our selection of the company to do our work. We had three quotes and not only was Chris (by far) the cheapest, he also showed far more attention to detail and gave us more options in the initial stages.
