F. H.I've watched the evolution here over several years and it continues to grow into an evermore excellent facility for the film and TV industry.
With new sound stages still being built, Dragon is well on the way to being the leading studios in Wales (if perhaps it isn't up there already) and it won't be long before it's rubbing shoulders with the top runners in the UK and even further afield.
Those fortunate enough to gain access through the gates (not an open entry site) will find huge areas available for set construction both indoors and out, with even a road system originally laid for a never built housing estate.
I've been fortunate to work at Dragon on several big productions as a Supporting Artist and have never failed to be impressed by the site.
I look forward to its exciting future!
S. H.Great new studio production facility in the heart of South Wales. Not far from the M4 and only a short walk or ride from nearby railway station. Buyt getting there by car is best as there is ample on site parking with extensive security. Friendly staff who all geared up for large scale productions and mindful of Covid restrictions.
D. P.This exciting venue is at the heart of Woolywood! Not open to the public as it is working venue.Many productions are currently underway and the studio's are now under the ownership of Marvel, makers of the Avengers movies.
