We highly recommend All Loft Conversions. Steven is an experienced builder with a great team who are skilful and reliable. The project was well planned we were kept informed at every stage and felt very involved. Steven helped in advising on adjustments that would make the best use of the space which has resulted in an attractive and practical bedroom and bathroom. The whole project was completed with minimum disruption in the house. The whole team were friendly and reliable.

Steve and his team in the All Loft Conversions are very professional and real craftsmen. They have done excellent job, converting our roof space from scratch into a wonderful space which we are looking forward to use and enjoy. They were always on time, working very hard, keeping everything clean and tidy by the end of each day, and doing their best to keep the inevitable disruption to our daily routine to an absolute minimum. We feel very lucky that we chose Steve and his fantastic team to build our loft conversion. We were already impressed at our initial meeting by the thought and care that obviously goes into Steve's work and his openness in explaining how he works. Steve continued to impress us with his professionalism throughout the process and commendably made us feel as if out loft conversion was equally important to him as to us. As well as being professional, friendly, tidy, punctual and respectful of our home, we also appreciated the fact that Steve is actually a very skilled carpenter and builder. Equally, Malcolm his plumber, Leon his electrician, Paul the roofer, Paul the tiler and his regular plasterers are all highly skilled in their areas and have worked with Steve for years and share the same flawless work ethic. This all meant that the job was very well project managed by Steve as he and members of the same team were always on-site. Unlike some other companies, Steve only works on one job at a time and so we felt our job had his undivided attention. It also meant we were regularly consulted about any decisions that needed to be made. Steve takes great pride in his work which meant that instead of trying to cut corners or skimp on the work that wouldn't obviously show, he took extra time to ensure that, for example, wood from the timber-yard was straight, walls were tacked well, and special attention was given to areas that he knew that over time could develop cracks. He also went out of his way and spent more time to obtain the maximum ceiling height whilst still keeping to the estimated budget and completing the job on time. This attention to detail extended to finer details e.g. choice of hinges and ensuring that the spindles on the new banisters matched our original staircase. The finished extension/room and bathroom looks amazing and Steve has kept in touch, ensuring that there was no outstanding snagging list. For all the above reasons and because of Steve's personable character it meant that the whole experience was surprisingly enjoyable. We most definitely would recommend Steve and All Loft Conversions.

We entered into this major piece of work on our home with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. From the very first meeting Steve has been organised, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This has given us confidence that our job would be done well and to the highest standards. We found found Steve and his team to be excellent in all aspects of the work. All stages have been done to schedule and specification. Build quality and finishing has been exemplary and expert friends who have looked at the work in progress have always come away impressed. Steven gives advice and opinions all along the way. Having him playing ‘Devil’s advocate’ as we made important decisions was brilliant and ensured that our choices were the right ones. As you can tell, we are very happy with our new room and en suite and are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. All Loft Conversions are highly recommended!

The work done by Steve and his team is outstanding. He was recommended to us by friends who had their loft done - we saw their loft and were very impressed so we had a chat with Steve and he showed us all his recommendation letters along with photographs of work done so we felt comfortable working with him. He involved us in all parts of the loft design and build process, asking all the right questions to ensure that we got exactly what we needed - this did involve us needing to re-think a couple of things, but only because he asked sensible questions which made us really think about the layout, # of velux windows etc - all good stuff. He not only turned up on time each day, he was early every time, sitting in his van with his flask of tea until it was time for him to knock on our door to come into the house and start work. Every single piece of wood in the loft was marked with the measurements and he and his team were extremely precise on everything so we had absolute faith in him. His plumber, electrician and plasterer did work to the highest standard and we couldn't have asked for more really. Steve was precise as to the finish date of the loft - down to the exact day, so he really knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. On a personal note, we will miss having him around the house, as he's a lovely guy, even the cat liked him! He also went above and beyond to help me view a property that I wanted to buy, and for that I'm very grateful.
