Simply astonishing! Who would have thought that caviar and maple syrup could make one of the best dishes we have ever eaten. Stunning tasting menu with truly individual wine pairing. Staff were really connecting and friendly. Atmosphere was relaxed but exceedingly efficient. Congratulations to all involved

The complete renovation of the front of the house (crumbling sandstone & scuffy paint) and boundary wall (collapsing after being hit by a van). Now resplendent with self coloured, self cleaning render and new brick/stonework. They say a picture is worth a thousand words....... Well done Shaun & Phil.

All Trade have been our saviours as we were left with a home we couldn’t live in by a previous builder. All Trade took our project on and helped to rebuild our extension. They were very conscious of the fact that we had limited budget due to previous builder and have been great in working in collaboration with us and providing advice to help us make our budget stretch further, but without having to make too much compromise. Their service is brilliant and they have gone above and beyond on many occasions. All Trade have many unique selling points compared to other building companies. We love that they have everything in house, including surveyors and schedulers. This has made managing the building work easier. Also, the team assigned to you work solely on your project and do not move onto another until completed so they are there on site all day and as a result, speed of work is fast. The building team are totally professional, extremely helpful and the level of workmanship is of high quality. Would highly recommend. In fact we did as our neighbours are now using All Trade to do their extension!

All Trade Property Services built our 2 storey extension in Corsham in 2018. Two years on from completion, we’re still very happy with the work. The ‘core team’ (Shaun, Chris and Jarek) were fantastic - they were on site every day, highly professional, very neat, and took pride in the their work. They worked hard to accommodate the demands of the architect, and were diplomatic with our endlessly complaining neighbours (who, despite having extensions of their own, didn’t want the nuisance of us building one too). The post-completion snagging took a little longer than anticipated, but overall I would highly recommend All Trade Property Services.

We are very happy with the work carried out by the All Trade team. The builders put in a new bathroom and kitchen for us as well as building a small new extension and fitting a new combi boiler. They were very polite and respectful to our neighbours and a joy to have in our house. The regular meetings with their site manager and their surveyor helped to keep everything on track and decisions made. We have used them before for smaller jobs and and we will be coming back again when we get our loft converted. A good bunch of people and a real pleasure to work with.

All Trade completed an extensive home renovation project for us, involving fitting a new kitchen, knocking through an ajoining room, converting a garage into a study and fitting a new boiler and radiators. We are very happy with all aspects of the work, and we are enjoying the new space. Lee managed the project efficiently and kept us well informed throughout, and despite the challenges of the November lockdown everything was completed within an appropriate timeframe. The workers were all friendly and hardworking and we were very impressed with their quality of work, their attention to detail, and their flexible approach to dealing with issues that cropped up during the project. We would be happy to recommend All Trade and would hope to use them again in future.

All Trade were recommended by a friend of mine and I am glad she did, as they have just finished a major refurbishment and kitchen extension on our Victorian townhouse. The whole process has been, on the whole, very positive, despite running into a number of problems with an unstable party wall, it was all dealt with smoothly by their surveyor. Their builders have been nothing but helpful, courteous and very considerate to the needs of myself and my pregnant wife. The project manager Alex was really knowledgeable and was a reassuring guide at each stage of the work. The results have transformed our property and we are both really pleased with the results. After living in Redland for many years, we are moving to Westbury-on-Trym, after talking to a number of builders we decided to use All Trade to completely renovate our new house before we move in. Well, it's now finished and we move next week. The experience has been far better than I could have imagined, the whole job was managed by the build team. The quality of the finish is second to none, they even finished a few days ahead of schedule. Gareth and his whole team really impressed us with their professional and can-do attitude. I originally asked All Trade to come and look at a problem I had with damp walls inside our house, they were very presentable and knowledgeable and after emailing us a really detailed quote, I decided to use them for the work. They were not the cheapest quote we had but I had spoken to some friends who rated them highly. The work was overseen by their surveyor Jason which was reassuring, and their team of builders could not have been more pleasant to be around. Their work was neat and the job completed on time, and for the price they quoted. Since then, they have been back to do other bits and bobs , and have recently fitting a new boiler at my sister’s house. They do a good job at a reasonable price and that’s what we tell people.

Was very pleased because they were able to carefully remove all my roof tiles for them to be used again, keeping the costs down for me. I needed new windows and doors to reduce road noise, reduce heat loss and improve security at my property. I also needed to retain some degree of the period features. After requesting several quotes from providers around the area, All Trade issued a competitive quote that was not the cheapest but was supported by sound advice on glazing panels and a really good looking composite door. I believed that triple glazing was the way forward for the significant road noise at my property, and was anxious about the cost implication of such panels. All Trade demonstrated the latest gas filled double glazing panels which I was a little sceptical about at first. Following a good installation by polite employees, I have to say that everything I set to to achieve has been achieved, my house is now safer, warmer, quieter and much more efficient. Thanks to the All Trade team for all they did for me.
