Flipping brilliant! Garage door was stuck half way shut and wouldn't close any further. Phoned at 2.15pm saying we needed someone out the same day as its an integral garage, it was fixed by 3pm. Happy, smiley people all round. Cant get better service than that!

Reported a fault with the door in morning. They had the problem fixed within a few hours. They are based in Yate near Bristol. I am in Weybridge, Surrey over 100 miles away. Great product, fantastic service. Highy recommended.

Just had the garage door repaired and can't praise the two guys enough! They were professional, cheerful and fully explained the work carried out. Although the initial job was to replace snapped cable, they gave a full service carrying out minor adjustments which was really appreciated. Came within 24 hrs and an excellent price aswell.👍

Grandma had a problem with her 15 year old Garage door in that it would intermittently fail to open. James came out next day and worked out the problem and fixed it. He demonstrated a great knowledge of these older systems and their quirks.

First class experience with this company. James came out and measured up very thoroughly for an insulated roller garage door and provided the quote the same day. It was then installed only 10 days later and James and his colleague did a first class job of fitting and I'm delighted with the end result.

I asked for a price to replace my existing door to an electric roller. Jamie came out to give a price but advised he could repair it. Had the wire rollers on his car and replaced there and then for a fraction of the price and didn't try to sell an upgrade. Very happy

Having received a quote from another garage door company which, i felt was vastly exaggerated and unsubstantiated, I asked Avon Garage Doors out to provide me with a report and quote. James attended the next day, having been flexible with me being able to get home from work early. He explained the issue (essentially cable and runner damage), and why it had happened, let me know the cost and said he could fix it there and then. As the cost was significantly less than i had been quoted, would have a secure garage after more than a week and, with confidence in what he had advised (completely different conversation to the other company!) the work was done! In my opinion, knowledgable, friendly and most importantly an honest company. Would clearly recommend.

Very professional company to deal with. James took the time to run through my various options and gave me the information required to make an informed decision. Site survey was done and plans and measurements taken again in a very professional and informative manner. On installation day the two installers turned up bang on time and set to work. The install went very well, the guys were friendly and cleaned up all areas after completion. I can't fault the whole process from initial enquire until completion.
