Fabulous company, pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a complete reroof and concrete gutter lining. Miles kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. The team were lvely to have around, very hard working and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all of my questions and were here when agreed every morning ( rain, shine or - 2 degree frost) they left our gardens very tidy. We were very lucky to get in a cancellation slot for the work but we're prepared to wait as long as needed for this brilliant company. We have an insurance backed guarantee and complete peace of mind now thanks to these guys. After previously having cowboy builders botch our roof and cause ongoing leaks these guys have done a perfect job a managed to put my mind at rest. Thankyou to everyone at roofing solutions :)

Miles and his team came via a recommendation and they fully met our expectations. We have a 1930’s detached house with a large roof which required a number of repairs. Miles came and gave a thorough inspection and listened to our requirements. He then provided a reasonable quote which covered the following; New lead to be installed round chimney & damage pointing to be replaced. A new ridge system, removal of all ridge tiles, minor repairs across all roofline such as damaged cement work, broken tiles and lead work dressing. Full property to be fitted with upcv complete strip down to original framing & full replacement upcv fascia, soffits and gutters. Whilst extremely busy he fitted us in and the scaffolding went up and the team arrived to commence work on schedule. The team were a pleasure to have on site. We were blessed in March with 10 days of good weather and they worked diligently throughout, even staying very late to finish one night when rain was threatened the following day. They finished the job promptly and cleaned up our site and also cleaned off the lean-too roof of my neighbour which abuts our back fence. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact two of my neighbours are in the process of using them as they were equally impressed not only with the excellent job they did on our roof but in their pleasant and knowledgeable behaviour. I would certainly use them again.

My experience of Miles and his team is entirely consistent with the other glowing reviews on this site. I would not have a moments hesitation in recommending them. I have an unusual roof with particularly fragile tiles. The ridge tiles in particular had suffered weather damage to the point more extensive damage to the roof was an imminent risk. The fragility of the tiles and the associated risk of damage to the property meant this was a job other contractors had declined to quote for. Miles, in contrast, freely offered advice, options and generated a reasonable quote that he discounted due to my wife working for the NHS. The unusual roof and tiles lived up to expectation and caused the job to run several days longer than planned. Nevertheless Miles stood by his original quote throughout. His team were a pleasure to have on-site. Always courteous, informative and extremely diligent. Trust is vital when employing someone who is taking on structural repairs to your home. More so when these repairs are going to cost several thousand pounds. Its therefore difficult to place that trust in a company when you've not experienced them yourselves. But I can assure you that Miles and his company are more than worthy of that trust. Should I get any issue with a roof in the future, either mine or my family, Miles will be the first on my list to ring. A genuinely impressive experience.

Amazing & consistent customer care from start to finish. Miles was an absolute dream from my initial panicked phone call and coming out to assess, right through to payment after a swiftly completed job. There was no pressure in wanting us to commit, he was reassuring and completely honest with all the options available to us. His recommendation for what needed doing was actually less than I anticipated, which is always a nice bonus. Even at this extremely busy time, Miles always responded promptly to my texts and calls and he even managed to squeeze us in to get his fitters round at the earliest convenience. Miles had his team come to fix a slow leak that has been plaguing us for years. Despite several roofers attempting to fix various aspects of the roof, the leak always persisted. Miles’ team came and spent time trying to trace the source of the leak. They were very good at explaining what they were doing and what they had found. After a thorough inspection they decided that the leak had to do with lead work that was cracked and said that the gully needed replacing with a fibreglass one. I really appreciated the updates on what they found/suspected and the explanations of the work really professional. The team carried out the work quickly and cleanly and with a really cheerful manner. They were really courteous and a pleasure to have around and they worked very very hard. As it’s a slow leak time will tell whether it’s gone completely, but the company seem certain it has and after such a comprehensive service I am very hopeful. Either way I have a ten year guarantee even though I don’t think I’ll need it. Can’t recommend enough. UPDATE...Roof has been completely watertight since Miles and his team completed their work. Really didn’t believe this was possible after numerous roofers tried and failed, at considerable expense. Wish I have found this company earlier. Fantastic tradespeople, experts at their craft and really pleasant to deal with. Thanks Miles and team.

Excellent service, a straightforward roof repair albeit in a tricky and very high up spot with scaffolding needed. Replaced my Fascia whilst they were up there and gave me a good assessment of the general health of my roof as well. The job was done in a couple of days. Safe and professional.

Definitely recommend. Friendly, reliable, and honest. 10 year guarantee on work completed :). Went out of their way to fit me in their busy schedule, so I wouldn't have to wait longer. Got back to me quickly to answer my queries. And when doing the work even prepared my property the night before to complete in the agreed time the next day :) Will use them in future when I'll need the whole roof done. For now, snazzy new guttering and soffits will keep me going!
