Absolutely can't fault Peter and his team for all the support that they provided us during our self build shed. We've never taken on such a large project and it was a bit daunting to be honest. But from the pre-delivery zoom call on how to build along with the phone calls from their own build teams my wife and I managed to put up a 9m x 14m building just using a Genie lift and a couple of scaffolding towers. Initial response at estimate stage was excellent, problems with delivery of materials but was due to Murray suppliers, Murray themselves kept us informed at all times throughout the process. Just to share my experience with dealing with Murray Steel Buildings. I researched all the national competition and all the answers came back to Murrays. I narrowed it down to 2 suppliers but in the end price came into play. From start to finish the contact was superb with great ease. I had to put pressure on to make sure the dates to supply and fit were spot on as I was moving out my house and required the facility. All involved played their part to make sure it happened and it did. The installation team were brilliant and I can only say they were on fire, what a squad. The end result is stunning and I'm a very happy customer. One final point to make, I'm a difficult customer who likes attention to detail and they have surpassed my expectations. We approached several suppliers of steel buildings regarding a 6x7 insulated garage but to due to a planning stipulation that the roof had to be 30 degrees we struggled to find a supplier, until we found Murray steel who were able to meet the planners requirements. Peter and his team assisted in the planning and advised us regarding suitable base, insulation requirements to ensure that the building would be suitable all year round and kept us informed of lead in and delivery times. The build team did a great job getting the building up with no major issues - despite being the first 30 degree pitch roof that had done. Very happy with the new building which compliments our property and the surrounding area.

Professional service from start to finish. Peter Murray was very straight forward to deal with and demonstrated his industry / product knowledge which ultimately led me to place the order for my Tractor Shed with Murray Steel Buildings rather than another supplier. All components were delivered on the dates provided and delivery personnel helpful and professional. Two days after the building was erected we had prolonged heavy rain in Norfolk and the building was watertight. The project has been quite an experience and I am very happy with the finished product. My main comments are as follows: Peter Murray was quick in responding and most helpful in supplying detailed plans when I was having queries with my planning application. Human error on the part of a lorry driver caused the main delay and then the factory not including some parts was frustrating due to the weather breaking making access across the field awkward. Sean and his build team did an excellent job and I was amazed how quickly it went up. Almet door installation was frustrated by the lads not telephoning me just prior to them arriving (as I had asked) which resulted in them getting bogged down in there vehicle but again they did an excellent job of fitting the doors even in the dark! I would like to say what a really nice lot of people they all were and a prompt response to my emails was very much appreciated.

Needed a solid large workshop with good heat and sound insulation so fished around for suppliers on the net. So glad i finally decided on Murray as right from the start they were very helpful and informative. They were reasonable costs in comparison and i hoped the quality of parts and build would be good. After considerable debate, my Model Engineering Society selected Murray Steel Buildings as our preferred supplier. They provided exactly what we wanted in terms of design and and ensured taht teh materaisl were delivered by their suppliers. As funds were limited, we decided to do a self build, which Murray Steel supported with a teach in, useful instructions and phone support as and when required.
