After leaving a message on-line, I had a return phone call within 15 minutes, and it wasn’t even 8.30 am. We arranged for a call-out the same day. Operator who arrived lunchtime was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

We phoned Able to fix a problem with wasps entering via an air brick to nest under our house. They came within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Cost was reasonable. We were pleased with the job and would certainly use them again.

Excellent Company. Called looking to have some repairs carried out to our patio door where the locking mechanism had worn and was close to breaking completely. Engineer, Graham, arrived within an hour with a call beforehand saying he was on his way. He replaced the faulty parts and was at all time neat, tidy and thorough, explaining the issues and repairs as he went. A credit to the Company. I have never come across Able Group before but you couldn't get better based on my experience. From initial call centre contact to engineer service to completion of paperwork, etc absolutely superb and very professional. Thank you.

Easy reporting of problem and setting up an appointment (same day appointment!). Engineer pleasant and polite--listened!--and soon had drain unblocked and flowing again. A 'mucky' job, executed with cheerfulness and aplomb. Would recommend service to anyone, anytime.

Plumber phoned to find out exactly what the job was, and said he would be there within the hour. He turned up on time, looked at the job and got a new part from his van. A new input valve was put in place and the job was completed within 20 minutes. From the initial phone call to the company everything was very professional. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Arrived at stated time and quickly got to work after initial inspection. Thus is now day 2 after the treatment and at this point there are no wasps to be seen. Hopefully that is the nest problem sorted. Not the cheapest company out there doing this kind of work, but we wanted it sorted quickly and it looks like it has been.

Able is a national company that contracts out to local companies. Ours was Pestex who were fantastic and cheaper if we had contacted them directly. Great friendly service with good follow up. Very thorough.
