Repaired a leak under a floor, re plastered and decorated effected rooms under to a high standard, changed pipes, decorating services, repaired a boiler - you name it they can do it! Craig And his team replaced a corner WC and utilised the space very wisely in my Livingston home, The new square wc looks stunning and they tiled the floor and wall in 3 days time, Very very cheap compared to other tradesman,Craig fixed other nagging issues I mentioned, And built new Garden Decking all within the 3 days. Found Craig Gordon building services in yell, rang the office and asked him about the chances of adding an en suite in one of the room, The space was already cramped with a combi boiler and so many pipes running in all direction, After looking at it Craig said" Leave it with me" and in the next 5 working days Plumber, Joiner, Tiler, Gas safety man all were there in my house and they moved the boiler to the attic and now can't see any pipes running inside my house, Ensuite ready and wall panels and the colour combination really looking stunning and the room now become my master bedroom with an ensuite, they painted the bedroom and suggested the layout and furniture for the bedroom. My wife and myself thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. Space wisely used by Craig and his experienced team. I would recommend his services without any hesitation. Thank you Craig for your amazing job.

Would highly recommend Craig and all his team. They did the work on the refurbishment of my two bedrooms and removed the partition in one of them. Craig and his team have just fitted laminate flooring and replacement skirting/door facings in our open plan lounge/dining area, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Craig provided a very prompt, and reasonable estimate; the work was started exactly when promised and, (despite problems not of their making) the team completed the work as scheduled. All in all an excellent experience and we would definitely use Craig and his team for any future work that we might have.

Ceiling Painted and plastered. Having Craig Gordon Building Services replace my boiler a few years ago, I discovered a leak coming from under bath causing damage to my ceiling below. Craig sent out a plumber and fixed the leak then replaced the damaged plasterboard ceiling in the kitchen and lounge.The ceiling was then plastered. His painters finished it to a high standard. all the tradesmen where very polite and tidy. His joiners fitted a new bath panel after the old one was damaged when removed to access the leak. I would highly recommend Craig Gordon Building Services as they took care of everything with no stress.

Craig got in touch about a painting & decorating job i’d posted in mybuilder.com and was out for a quote 2 hours later - we had other work planned and he was able to quote for all of it, then the guys got started 2 days later. All the guys in to do the various work were friendly, accommodating, efficient & hard-working. Everything was cleaned up after the work, and our flat feels like a new build again. All in all, we had our kitchen flooring replaced, bathrooms tiled (floors and walls), a walk-in shower built, woodwork repaired and the full flat painted.
