G. J.We had a great experience working with Damien and his team from start to finish. He did an exceptional job with our project which involved challenging structural work inside our ground floor Victorian tenement flat, rewiring our new kitchen and installing steal beams and doing everything absolutely perfectly according to our architect's drawings and recommendations. Damien did all the work that was required prior to our new kitchen getting installed. A very reliable, friendly, and a very experienced builder. He always had the best advice for us and he works with equally experienced and reliable plumber and plasterer. Damien was always willing to go the extra mile for our project to complete it to our liking and we had full trust in his workmanship and vision. We highly recommend DJC Building services.

Scope of work was to remove our mouldy conservatory, turn our dating kitchen, dining room and living room into one open plan space (includes the removal of load bearing walls), fit new kitchen, add staircase to attic and convert attic into liveable space which includes the addition of a dormer, closet and storage.
Damien and his team were professional and hardworking throughout the entire project, this was also testified by our neighbours who commented on how impressed they were to see the builders working everyday and showing up on time.
His team were respectful of the surrounding houses and generally kept quiet when working outside. Also we appreciated that Damien and his team ensured the house was as tidy as possible after most evenings, rubbish was nicely stacked outside prior to being uplifted, indoors swept where/when possible.
We also appreciate Damien keeping us in the loop as works progressed and for providing us with options on finishing touches. Damien and his team were also flexible to accommodate last minute changes which we asked for. There were also instances where Damien wanted to ensure engineer/architect drawings were accurate, and he took the initiative to reach out to them to double check.
It is clear from speaking with Damien that he is a very knowledgeable builder and a person we could trust to run with our project and deliver what we designed with the architect.
Pricing was very competitive. In terms of timeframe, we needed the building works to be completed prior to our wedding, and this timeline was met which we’re thankful for.
DJC Building Services are in our eyes a very reputable, trustworthy, hardworking and professional small team led by Damien who will deliver all aspects of a house project end to end.

R. S.Damien and his team built a kitchen / diner extension on to our house in 2016. It involved removing the existing kitchen and conservatory and building out on the same footprint. Supporting walls were removed and steel joists inserted to support the load. We were very happy with the result and have enjoyed the space a great deal over the years. Damien was very professional and kept the job on target with regard timescales and budget. Open to suggestion and took our wishes on board. Would highly recommend his services.
