After a lot of research we eventually chose ELS to refit our ghastly 1980s bathroom with something more modern and stylish. We were fairly confident that it was going to be a good decision as the lead in time was several months. If someone says "we can do you next week" you really need to ask why! However, it was worth the wait. ELS exceeded our expectations from the first visit to the final fitting. Andy & Scott in the office were wonderful, not pushy and spent a lot of time helping me decide. The guys that fitted the bathroom were professional, friendly, on time and completed an excellent job within the week as promised. I cannot recommend ELS highly enough. And no, I haven't been paid to write this review!! Nor am I related....!! Thank you guys for a great modern bathroom.

We are delighted with our new shower room and all new fittings. From the start visiting your showroom and choosing the bathroom fittings we received such great help in such a friendly manner. And with great patience too when we were inclined to change our minds on our choices! Thank you for that. ELS were brilliant from start to finish. Andy and Scott organised everything, nothing ever a problem. The fitters John, Kevin and Sean were superb. On time, friendly and very professional. I have used ELS on 2 separate occasions to refurb 4 bathrooms and utility. I went with them on recommendation from a friend. I was so delighted with all aspects of the first refurb that I went back to them a second time for further work. Andy and Scott have always been a pleasure to deal with and John and Kevin do an excellent job .They are very particular with every detail which is what you want and as such I would have no hesitation recommending this company to others … and in fact have done so . You may have a wait to get booked in but I would rather wait for a job you know will be done to a high standard by workmen you are comfortable with in your home.

ELS delivered an excellent service starting with assistance in redesigning our bathrooms through to on-time supply of all items and then fitting and tiling of a main bathroom, an ensuite and WC within one week. The ELS team was extremely patient as we changed our minds at several points during the design stage. The fitting team was extremely efficient, managing to keep mess to a minimum and delivering a superb finish. One huge advantage of this service was the flexibility of the fitters in the final positioning of all items. This helped to ensure that each room is exactly as we had hoped it would turn out. Overall we received a very high quality service that was definitely value for money.

We had our en suite and main bathroom fitted with ELS. Care was taken to our house with removal of old bathroom fittings and swiftly removed, not needing to be left outside for long period of time. Lots of tradesman where worked alongside each other which made allowed bathrooms to be completed in a short time frame. Friendly and approachable and any issues were dealt with straight away.

ELS supplied and fitted a new bathroom for me. Totally stripped out the old bathroom. Redesigned the layout Replaced walls, tiled the walls and floor. Replaced the ceiling and installed new lights. Andy and his team are very professional. They have a great knowledge of their products and the work involved in completing the job. I was so impressed with the bathroom that they got my kitchen and utility room to do also. Similarly it was a total rip out and redesign. I’ve recommended them to friends, family and neighbours. I’ll be booking them to refit my en-suite too

The team at ELS have now done two bathrooms for us, and each time their work has been first class. Andy is super helpful when choosing the fixtures, fittings and tiles, and even though the showroom is small, they have access to a huge range from a wide variety of manufactures to suit all budgets and tastes. The work has always been done on time, and to a very high standard, and the fitters make sure they clean up properly after them, leaving you with a sparkling bathroom rather than having to do it yourself. It also good to see that Andy takes read pride in the quality of the work, always taking time out and the end of the job to inspect the end product. The bottle of wine that he left at the end of each job was a nice touch too. I would thoroughly recommend ELS to anyone considering a new bathroom.

I have just had my new bathroom fully fitted by ELS bathrooms and would like to say what a very positive experience it was dealing with this excellent and professional company. There was never any hard sell and I visited the showroom on several occasions before making my final decision. The fitting team John and Kevin arrived on day one at the stated time and worked away all day and kept us updated of what was happening every morning. They were very professional and cleaned up each day after they were finished. It was agreed that the work would take five days commencing on the Monday to would finish on the Friday evening. After John and Kevin left on the Friday night you would never had know they were in the house as they cleaned everything to a very high standard. The standard of workmanship was excellent and they were friendly and polite all throughout this job. Thanks also to Ronnie the tiler who did an excellent job. Andy who is the owner of the company was always on hand and carried out three visits to ensure I was happy with all the works being carried out. We are looking at a new kitchen in 2018 and will definitely give our business to this fantastic company. Once again thank you very much for the excellent and professional way in which this job was carried out to a very high standard and look forward to having a very positive experience in the new year. I would also like to point out that the cost for this service in my opinion was very reasonable for what I got.

After disastrous experiences in the past with bathroom insulation. This made ius very careful when picking a company last March for our new Bathroom.. However the minute we met Andy we just knew that we were dealing with a genuine and professional man. He helped us make the right choices in our bathroom. Sometimes he would recomended a less expensive Itam , such as taps. Tbis showed us that profit was not Andy's main object, it was us having the right bathroom . Each time he was completely correct. The bathroom was started on Monday in early May and was competed by the Friday of that week. The workmen were all lovely,unobtrusive and meticulous in their work.. They cleared everytbing up as they worked. They even hovered up when they were were finished . The bsthroom is everything we hoped it would be..We are happy every time we look at it. Never before have we had such a good experience in having our home upgraded. The price for this professional work was nio more than any other company. Our kitchen is also needing renewed. This we will do next year,. We will look nowhere else other than ELS.
