We had our double garage converted into a room by Des and his team. Overall the work carried out was very good and its finished to the same standard as miller homes with all the same bricks, windows and fixings used as well so its hard to tell its been an addition. Des paid close attention to our individual requests and we got everything we were looking for. There was some small snagging issues after we had paid which were taken care of no questions asked. Price we got was great especially since we got it finished with flooring and paint included in the price. Work was carried out in around 2 weeks which was great!

Met Des and agreed a price and works that I was more than happy with. Waited a few months on building warrant. Once sorted the guys converted a run down garage that had become over run with excess storage into a spacious modern bedroom in a matter of weeks. To finish off shiplap upvc cladding was fitted onto house exterior to brighten and modernize the house. Overall I'm delighted with our conversion

Des and his team converted our garage and extended our living room to Increase our living space aswell as fit a new kitchen, the quality of work is second to none, his team are very knowledgeable and with Robert his chief joiner giving us lot's of advice and guidance was an extra bonus. A word of advice we got a bnq kitchen which comes as a flat pack meaning it greatly increases the time to build and fit, in hindsight we would have purchased our kitchen from a company that sells them ready made.

Having as I do over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and being the owner/MD of an established firm in the space I ordinarily would refrain from providing reviews (of any form) on completion of a project for which I have paid to be carried out. Being rather "old school", my feelings on this to date have been, where left unsatisfied in any given instance I would, rather than air publicly my "issues" with the respective work carried out , engage directly with the company/individual until such times as any failings were appropriately rectified. By way of positive reviews being offered, I have always been of a mind that having provided my requirements and agreed a price, it should be a given that said project is satisfactorily completed as per inevitable discussions which would have taken place between both parties prior to the onset of any project being undertaken. Athough many coleagues, clients and those within the construction industry who have known me over the years will I'm sure be suitably taken aback at my change of heart here, being as I know I am considered a notoriously difficult man to please, I felt that the work Des and the guys from Premier Garage Conversions carried out on my property recently/the manner in which they did so throughout merited my acknowledgement. Having accumulated a wide network of contractors across all trades over my years in construction, I would ordinarily have engaged with the required tradesmen, project managed the conversion of my garage into an office myself and in doing so would have I know dictated I paid less as a consequence than would be the case when bringing in an external company to take care of the project. Being mindful however of the alien times in which we find ourselves living during this period affected by Co-vid and of the potential for delays (obtaining required materials? personal/health issues with workers or their families which could result in "no shows"? etc?) which in turn could see my own time/business impacted, I decided to explore the option of bringing in a company to carry out the job in it's entirety. I chose Premier Garage Conversions on the back of a recommendation from a long time client and business owner himself for whom my own company have carried out a variety of jobs over the last ten years or so. Des and the guys had did a simlar job for my contact to that which i required and placing significant value in this gentleman's opinion(s) I opted to engage them to do likewise with my own garage, which had due to my own admitted neglect been allowed to become little more than a rather messy storage space. I from the get go was impressed with not only Des's professional and meticulous manner when requesting the specific brief for the job, but by his own personable demeanour and indeed the respect for the steps required be taken by his guys for the duration of the project re distancing, cleanliness etc (which my wife who,more than I is extremely mindful of was particularly taken with!). The job itself not only met, but on completion (within the projected timeframe!), in fact significantly exceeded my expectations, I now have what was a much needed, private, comfortable, external office space at home which facilitates my woking remotely and uninterupted daily. I cannot thank Des/his guys enough, would, without hesitation highly recommend Premier Garage Conversions to any/all and indeed as I have relayed to Des, I am sure that my own company/clients will work with them again in some capacity moving ahead.
