Wynne and his team are great. They have done a wonderful job replacing the floors in my holiday let. The tiling is immaculate, they worked to a deadline as I had guests coming and were able to change plans when we had a problem with one of the floors. Part of the roof blew off in the storm while he was working there and within a few days he'd got scaffolding up and that was fixed too. He's been really good about sending me videos of the work as I don't live nearby. I would totally recommend him and his team. All the people I met who were working at the house were really nice people, super helpful and they left the house really tidy.

Wynne and his team opened up the stone fireplace in the lounge and dismantled a non structural chimney breast on the 1st floor. Wynne's communication is clear and thorough both before, during and after the job. He kept me updated regularly on how the work was proceeding, providing photographs, which was extremely helpful when decision making. His price was good. He also resolved a few other issues I was having, for which I am extremely grateful. Wynne and his team are professional, reliable and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again for other jobs.

Wynne and his team replaced our kitchen, ensuite and insulated the two stone walls in our bedroom. From the very start Wynne was honest, knowledgable, and very reasonable in terms of pricing. The work carried out was done to a high standard and his team are a superb bunch of talented individuals. What I believe sets Wynne apart from the majority of other companies is his care and attention to the customer. When things don't quite go to plan, Wynne will do everything he can to correct and rectify problems promptly with as little impact to the customer as possible. Any concerns we had throughout the duration of the project were taken on board and Wynne did a superb job at alleviating our stress levels (which were quite high at times). Communication between us and other trades was excellent and we were consistently informed of updates and progress. They have done a brilliant job on this project and I will not hesitate to use Wynne and his team for further work I have planned for our property next year. Many thanks again.

Over the last 12 months Wynne has completely renovated our cottage and converted our garage into a music studio. The works included; extension for a wet room and utility, lowering ceilings downstairs, replastering old artex covered ceilings upstairs, a new roof, with pvc sofits and boards, new flooring downstairs, new fitted family bathroom, levelling the kitchen floor and preparing for new fitted kitchen and finally converting a 20' x 30' garage into a sound-proof music / recording studio. Everything has been done to a high standard of fit and finish by his team of professional tradesmen. The studio, in particular was a challenge, because we designed it literally as it was built. So thank you Wynne for all your help and expertise...you're a real diamond.

It isn't often I would want to rate a person for whom I had not experienced their service, but I felt that I needed to review Wynne's company because I was very impressed by the advice and support he provided to us recently when we contacted him about a property we were purchasing. I was so impressed by his knowledge and experience, but more importantly he was happy to take the time to speak to us in detail about the survey we had received, and he offered professional advice not only on indicating what we would need to do but also he advised us on what we should pay for the property, and we did actually manage to renegotiate based upon his advice. We have since pulled out of our purchase, and so unfortunately not had the opportunity to work with Wynne, but as we are still moving to North Wales, we hope to have the opportunity to work with him in the future. Very happy with all the work carried out by Wynne and his team. I had a refurbishment including a garage conversion into an annex bedroom with en-suite shower room and significant restructuring of the kitchen and lounge. The results are beyond what I had expected and I am really delighted. We have recently had a number of water ingress issues around the chimneys on our 300 year old farmhouse. Wynne responded quickly to my phone call, even though he was clearly busy with work, visited the site and arranged suitable scaffolding to provide safe access for the repair works. Works were undertaken during breaks in the unseasonably inclement weather during September and Wynne kept me fully informed of progress and when works were being carried out. Due to the work Wynne and his team have carried out previously for me, I used Wynne and his team again to manage a full house conversion for me. This included major building work 'installation of a new boiler and radiators - water and electric underfloor heating systems - new bathroom - windows - doors - entire remodelling of the house - chimney removal - full internal insulation and plastering and full rewire'. This project like all projects of this size had a fair share of issues and snags. However Wynne is brilliant to work with and he always came to site to meet with us to discuss any points of clarification and he always sorted everything out for us. His team are really friendly and easy to approach and Wynne provided and managed all of the various trades which took all the stress away from us and the work was very fairly priced. I cant thank Wynne enough for his management of this project and his professional approach at all times, this is the person you want managing your project. I am happy to use Wynne and his team on any work I need doing in the future. I was recommended to use Wyn and his team by our friends. I contacted Wyn and asked him if he could insulate and plaster two bedroom walls in my home. Wyn came to see me at my home and reviewed the work I needed and also gave me tips and suggestions on the best way for the work to be completed. Wyn contacted me when his team where ready to come and start the work and they started on the day and time that was stated. they protected all my carpets before they started work and they did a brilliant job of the rooms and left the place clean and tidy. Wyn keeps you informed of what is happening and his team are very efficient. I have had issues in the past with other trades that promise to come but don't turn up, and it is brilliant when you get a building team that are the total opposite to this. I would recommend them to anyone first class service

The first was to build an extension, new kitchen and modernise other parts of our cottage. 5/6 years on and Wynne was really helpful advising us on the necessary building fixes around two older windows, along with a list of other items - he’s someone I trust, gives good advice and top quality workmanship. Wyn and his team built a one storey extension to our house incorporating new cloakroom/shower and fitted kitchen. Almost all the work took place during Covid Lockdowns when we were unable to visit Anglesey. Wyn was very straight and easy to deal with. We really appreciated regular communication and photos, and his openness to discuss work and progress. His QS priced and invoiced work in a way that was clear and matched to an agreed schedule. Quality of the build was excellent. There were a few snags that i think he should have found before we did, but he went out of his way to put them right. I would like to thank Wynne and his whole team for such a great job in helping my lean-to greenhouse project come to fruition. When I realised my old wooden shed was coming to the end of its days during lockdown, I came up with the idea of a lean- to, where I can store gardening tools against a block wall, and have a greenhouse with a brick apron wall to give it strength and durability. The result is amazing. Wynne and his friendly team are professional tradesmen who have worked to a very high standard in laying the concrete base, building a block wall and a brick apron wall to the greenhouse manufacturer’s plans and specifications . This happened all in a couple of weeks and his team worked really hard to reach the glass installation date. Wynne kept me in touch with progress on deliveries and photo updates throughout and once started, the whole process was seamless. Wynne and his team carried out damp proof coursing, plumbing, electrics, plastering and carpentry to a very good standard on a holiday let on the island. He had good communciation with me as someone who is not based on the island.
