D. N.Exceptional service all the way throughout the house buying process. The house is finished to a high standard with very few snags needing to be addressed. All of which are being addressed quickly and professionally. Clio the Sales Manager is outstanding! She has been professional, supportive and a generally amazing person throughout the process, she has given me advice and been on hand on evenings and weekends to help sort out any problems. Sometimes more helpful than my solicitors had been. Cannot recommend Riva Homes enough for their service, 10/10 would 100% recommend someone to buy a house from them.

The service from Riva Homes has been great from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough. As a single, first time buyer, I always thought that process would be overwhelming and a little daunting at times, but the team at Riva (especially the sales manager, Clio) were always there to offer support, throughout the whole purchase, from reservation, to picking out the interior to completion. I have bought several homes throughout my time, all new builds, and can honestly say that my home from Riva Homes is the best by a country mile. The build quality is second to none without any compromises on detail, from the high skirting boards to quirky layouts, the open staircases to solid wooden grooved doors, everything was perfect. James Bulmer is also especially amazing, allowing me to personalise my home from the plans (due to how early I purchased in the build stage I’m sure) and giving my home even more of the personal touch. We bounced ideas of each other for additional finishing touches such as a fully mirrored wall bespokly fitted in the bathroom and under unit lighting in the kitchen. The whole team are extremely friendly and accommodating and happy to help and advise at all times. I would DEFINITELY recommend (and I have) ANYONE to purchase from Riva and would personally guarantee you wouldn’t be disappointed. What is even more so a credit to Riva is that their after sales care is just as supportive as the pre sale - which is difficult to find from new home builder. I look forward to my next home from Riva and as can probably be told from my review, I cannot give them enough credit. Thank you again for an amazing home.
