We used Watertight for our main bathroom and are delighted with the service from start to finish. Tim and Paul helped make the most of our small space with the design, kept us updated throughout and kept to the time and budget we'd agreed. The fitting was done by Matt who was great, taking pride in his work and finishing the room to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent all round service from design consultation right through to installation. Fitters were reliable, conscious of minimising disruption (especially as I work at home), responsive to questions and kept me informed throughout. They also went the extra mile to consider how fitting could be done to really get the best out of the final result. This really put my mind at ease through what can be a stressful process! Product quality and finish are excellent. Were a couple of teething problems once finished, but the team were out the next day to correct these with no issues at all and kept in touch over the following days to make sure they remained ok. Would highly recommend this company for a fully managed, high quality service.

Ashley the fitter is as much a perfectionist as myself & completely understood my vision for the niches. He was reliable, hard working, very tidy & polite. Paul did a full bathroom refit including putting in a fantastic pocket door which has really opened up my small bathroom. If you are wanting a bathroom service from start to finish Paul is your man. Walk out and leave him to it and walk back to a new bathroom, no trying to get an electrician, a fitter, the materials. He takes all the stress away!

I arranged for Watertight Bathrooms to update our bathroom to make it safe for my mum - to take out the bath and install a walk-in shower and grab rails etc. I commissioned them at a very difficult time regarding my mum’s health and it was very reassuring to have Paul and Tim in the initial stages to talk about my requirements, create a detailed design and assure me that I could make changes at any time. Prior the work starting, I was able to meet the installer and the process was discussed in detail. Tristan and Max removed the old bathroom efficiently and with as little mess as possible, then Richard installed the new bathroom from scratch (with Andy completing the electrical work). Richard was extremely considerate to our needs and consulted me at every stage to make sure I was happy. The work was completed on schedule and left tidy. There were no problems, but I feel reassured that if there were any, they would be dealt with quickly. Very happy with the service.

Excellent job. Tim listened to our requirements and ensured that these were met in the design. The fitter, Richard, did an excellent job as did the electrician and the we are very pleased with the finished wet room. During the installation things were kept as tidy as possible and at the end of the day stairs, hall and landing were swept and cleaned. At the end of the job we found we had made a mistake in the size of glass screen we specified. They assured us this wasn't a problem and ordered a new screen and fitted it without any fuss. They were a pleasure to deal with and a pleasure to have in the house. Absolutely worth the 5 stars. Thank you. Alan

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Paul really listened to what we were looking when he designed and put our bathroom together. Richard, the fitter, worked quickly and efficiently when he came to do the installation and always left everything really neat and tidy at the end of the day. We love our new bathroom, it's perfect.

Amazing customer service! Went into the Horsforth store asking for some advice and was given plenty of time. Wasn’t rushed out (even though I wasn’t buying a bathroom on this date). Left the store after a good 20 min chat with plenty of information on what I needed. Fantastic customer service!

Very pleased to say that we received thorough and sympathetic planning and application from start to finish. We felt to be in very good hands. My husband’s needs were listened to and understood, which reflected Paul’s experience of working with a range of families with different needs. His attention to detail and suggestions in planning were much appreciated. Andy and Louis, who carried out the work, were lovely people, demonstrating a very high standard of work (and tidiness!). Needless to say, we are most pleased with the completed ‘wet room’ and have no hesitation in recommending ‘Watertight Bathrooms’.
