We are absolutely thrilled with what Roofline has done! From an unusable conservatory that was a blot on our home, we now have a lovely garden room. Matt and his excellent team have done a smashing job. Looks perfect, no mess and all managed back at base by the lovely Kelly. A great word too for Lee on flooring - recommended by Matt himself - another great job. Highly recommend Roofline!

After being left with a building regs issue from a company I used to replace my conservatory roof (that company has now gone in to administration) Matt came out to the job to see how he could help. He quickly assessed that my roof is not a Guardian roof but still went out of his way to help and advise me. I now know what roof system it is and hopefully I can progress to get building regs. After having guttering replaced several times it always leaked at the join. This constant dripping eroded the wall mortar so it needs repointing.Roofline provided a seamless gutter that doesn’t drip. A first class service. It was a bit expensive but I should have used Roofline in the first place and would have saved money. Excellent service from the office when I ‘phoned. Very happy.

Roofline just completed work on the replacement of the flat roofs of my large double garage and a house extension. This involved removal of existing felt, barge boarding, and downpipes. The installation of the new OSB-3 over boarding, to a modified design. Fitting Rubberfuse roofs and metal Rubberfuse trims together with new fascias, gutters, and downpipes. The team of Grant and Ricky arrived on time every day and worked quickly and efficiently. The site was left clean and tidy each evening and all scrap from the renovation went into a skip which was taken away as they finished the job. The facias, guttering, and downpipes were cleaned prior to them leaving the site and they even cleaned the lawns. I also noticed, after they had left, some small finishing embellishments to their work which were not expected, but highly appreciated. I have been very impressed by everyone I dealt with at Roofline and would also like to thank Matt and Kelly for a very good job. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any of my friends.

Having decided to have a solid roof fitted to my conservatory I chose The Roofline Replacement Co Ltd to install their warm roof. I was impressed with the product and workmanship, 4 years later I chose them to replace the wooden frame with UPVC which they did without any cracks to the roof. We had the usual conservatory problems, too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, Matt and his team transformed our un-used room into the extra garden room we always wanted; did what they said they would; arrived on time stripped the old roof and whilst overcoming many problems installed the new roof and cleared up the mess afterwards. We had our original plastic conservatory roof replaced by a Guardian Roof last year. The service was excellent, sales gave good, helpful advice. The planning was efficient and thorough. The installers were an example of precision and craftmanship. We have had our replacement roof for over a year now and the effect is great. We now have a room which is very useful all the year, it's warm in winter and not too hot in the sunny days. All in all we have gained a room! Wonderful sales guy, no pressure, he had a lot of good ideas which were far better than those we had, so we went with his ideas. The quote was straight forward, no hidden extras, so we signed on the dotted line. The start date arrived, we gave the fitters instructions as to where the tea and coffee was and we went to work and left them to it, we came back later that day, most of the old structure was taken down and removed, the house was left spotless and locked up. They came every day and cracked on with the job till it was finished, the workmanship is so good, and what they have done has completely changed our house. We always say you get what you pay for, we did, a fantastic job, professional workmanship, and a great product. We would recommend then to anyone.

After considering numerous quotes, Matt was the only one who came up with the ideal solution to replace our leaky and dilapidated conservatory and we didn't get the usual 'sign now or else' hard sell technique. We now have a fabulous Edwardian style conservatory with heat controlling tinted glass. We love it. The assembly team worked through some of the worst weather thrown at us to get it finished to schedule. We have since invited Roofline back to fit a new composite front door and replace some guttering. More than satisfied.

What can I say apart from absolutely amazed with Matt and Kelly from Roofline Replacment for what they managed to achieve, but more so I'm more impressed with Sam, Jamie and Dwain for building a kitchen extension from ground to completion in 21 days. One of the workmen was more than helpful and went above and beyond what he was supposed to do when it rained and my house ( not conservatory) guttering was blocked. I can highly recommend this company. There was no pressure just very helpful advice. We had it done in January and lost a day because of snow so the next day they sent extra workmen to catch up.
