The work was to an excellent standard - and we had no problems or delays getting snags resolved. The project was delivered broadly on time - and they stuck to the quotes provided despite the current economic situation. Wholeheartedly recommend!

In particular the demolition and structural team worked liked trojans, tidied up after themselves and were nice guys to have around. We really liked our project manager . I went to DRR CONSTRUCTION LTD team already with a design and spec and they tendered to build and finish. The price was competitive and they stuck to this. They also gave me a schedule which they stuck to. I was nervous about finding a good building firm but I would highly recommend DRR CONSTRUCTION LTD team . Even when we were hearing about cost overruns and delays around the country, our build stuck to time and cost. I would highly recommend them and will reuse them if we have any other project.

G.We hired DRR CONSTRUCTION LTD Team to renovate the inside of the 20s terraced House we recently bought and to build a single-storey kitchen extension at the back, turning the original kitchen into a large downstairs shower room. Our assigned project manager, DRR CONSTRUCTION LTD team managed the project from start to finish, getting their architects on board for the initial planning stages and then bringing in skilled tradesmen for the rewiring, plumbing, plastering and joinery. This was no easy feat given that it was during lockdown and resources were scarce. It's worth highlighting that although A Builders Team managed the project and provided suggestions, design decisions lay firmly with us. The team very much took on board our design decisions and advised accordingly, listening to and accommodating our ideas, and being sensitive to our wish to retain the original charm of the house while also modernising and improving the property. Arturas' experience in the building trade meant that he was a fantastic middleman, and we were able to understand from him any limitations and also work within those boundaries to achieve our vision as best we could; as a result, the finished product really represents our original concept. They were also quick to respond to and solve any issues that occurred... ! We highly recommend DRR CONSTRUCTION LTD Team to those who wish to renovate and particularly to those who are looking for a team to manage their project but who also intend to retain artistic input.

A. O.DRR Management done a full rewire for 3 flats and a shop. Pricing was very competitive and what I most pleased with was DRR didnt just come in and try and get out as quick as they could. Instead showed great though and consideration.
I will certainly be calling on them again for any future work that I need to get done.

From initial meetings to completion nothing was too much trouble and they really cared about our project, making sure every detail was perfect which is not easy as I am a perfectionist. The standard of work and finish is exceptional. They were very happy to meet with other contractors on the build such as the bi-fold and flooring companies and did their very best to accommodate them. Communication was brilliant throughout and they were a pleasure to have around. I have genuinely never seen such hard workers and they were polite clean and tidy and thoughtful about our neighbours needs too. We were on time, on budget and still can’t’ believe that it’s our kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and have been signing their praises to anyone who’ll listen.
