I had a loft conversion maybe 4yrs ago with Brygola, it's been great. Last week I asked them to investigate the fitting of an external waste pipe that had been leaking for some time, at a joint (tricky, between old and new) they had connected. They came today to fix it, only to find the old pipe had rusted, so not them at all. They bought a new pipe and fitted it charging a competitive price. All sorted, great!

Andrzej and his team did a great job on our loft conversion. From the moment Andrzej came over to quote we felt re-assured and confident that he and his team would deliver. We had a half dorma conversion and because the downstairs was open plan we had to adapt downstairs slightly and have new fire doors around the house, Andrzej took control of all the building regs and made the transition easy. The whole process from start to finish took approximately 14 weeks with minimal disruption or mess for a job of this size. Now its completed we are very happy with the final outcome. I would describe Andrejz as firm but fair. What is in the quote is in the quote, any extras you have to pay for. He does come over and do quality checks during the whole process - which really shows and since the job has been completed any snagging has been acted upon promptly by Monzarul and the team. I would have no hesitation in using Brygola again or recommending to friends

We recently had a mansard loft conversion built by Brygola and we are very happy with the result. Brygola are very experienced having completed several mansards in our area. They know what they are doing, display excellent workmanship and understand all of the necessary council requirements. They have a strong work ethic and are genuinely nice and friendly people. Monzurul, our project manager was great. He has strong customer service skills, offered good advice, was flexible and accommodating and genuinely wanted to do a good job for us. We were left with a half-finished job from previous building contractors, including internal and external work. Monzurul from Brygola arrived to assess the situation, and within days his team were in place and had completed the work required to a very high standard - including carpentry, staircase, tiling and more. The communication was professional at all times, and the team on site were experts at what they do. Once they'd completed the specified work, Brygola still returned weeks later to add some finishing touches when the weather was more appropriate. I should also mention, we also had a faulty bi-fold door which the original installer had never been able to remedy. Monzurul took one look, instructed one of his guys and it was fixed in under an hour, and finally worked how it was always meant to! Very happy with their work and would recommend Brygola.

P & C We’d done quite a lot of research & met with several different building companies before meeting with Andrzej, but his straightforward approach, experience & depth of knowledge-explaining clearly schedule/timescale, breakdown costs etc… stood out for us, as well as a very competitive overall price. We then met Monzurul, Brygola’s project manager & visited several other loft conversions Brygola were working on, or had recently completed. We were happy with the quality of the work and further encouraged by the positive feedback from the people we met. We found Monzurul to be an ideal project manager - always available to answer questions, a good listener, adaptable & quite prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the job ran as smoothly as possible. All the team are extremely hardworking, punctual, polite and friendly. All the best quality materials are used, and all the work is carried out to a very high standard. We had a Mansard loft conversion built by Brygola. We are happy with the quality of the work. They definitely know what they are doing; indeed our building regulations inspector also thought they were good. They had great ideas to help with the layout - e.g. the best place to put the immersion tank. Monzurul the project manager was easy to work with, for example he ensured Brygola's work fitted in with other contractors and ensured our specific requirements were met. He was also flexible, for example we paid Brygola to fix a couple of minor issues in the house in addition to the Mansard. The guys on site - Roman, Adam and colleagues were always polite and super friendly. They were happy to make minor changes, when we changed our minds, for example about the position of switches. At the outset, I had worried about the work in rooms already completed that was required to chase cables and connect the plumbing, but they did this with the minimum of disruption

We have a Victorian semi-detached house in Crouch End N8 and seeing that two of our neighbours had done loft extensions we planned to do the same. We contacted the builders that our neighbours had used and chose two other companies from their online reviews. What firstly impressed us was that Brygola Constructions sent round the owner of the company, Mr Andrzej Brygola, to do the survey of our property and to discuss what we wanted. Andrzej is a qualified builder and impressed us with his knowledge, experience, expertise and the high standards that he sets for his company’s projects. Contrast this to the other two companies who sent round a salesman. The other big difference is that Brygola Constructions use entirely their own teams for the work whereas the other two companies sub-contracted some or all of the work to other builders. The project was started at the date agreed and was completed in 13 weeks, exactly as scheduled. In order to achieve this, they worked Monday to Saturday and had between 3 and 5 men on site each day. All their workers were skilled and very hard working, sometimes working late into the evening to get a project finished. The project was managed by Monzurul who was very polite, helpful and solution oriented and made what could have been a stressful experience run very smoothly. The project was a little challenging as the height of the ridge was low, but together we came up with several solutions including a large 2mx1.5m roof light that gives a lot of extra headroom and a great feeling of space. Monzurul did his best to accommodate all our wishes and, if any challenges did occur, he was on top of them and resolved them very quickly. We are very pleased with the finished result. We have a huge new bathroom that you would find in a 5* hotel and a large bedroom facing towards the rear of the property which gives us a great view and also shelters us from the noise of the busy main road we live on. We would not hesitate in recommending Brygola Constructions and would definitely use them for any other building work that we planned to do.

We looked at a number of loft conversion companies before settling on Brygola. We looked at national companies and a number of high class central London loft convertion specialists. None of them had the range of previous happy customers that Brygola had. After having had an initial consultation with the project manager Monzurul, where he explained the whole process in great detail, we had a visit from the owner Mr. Brygola. He took a great deal of measurements in order to fully understand the structure of our home. After we gave the go-ahead, we were guided how to register for building control. The structural survey and architectural plans Mr. Brygola commissioned was very detailed and gave us reassurance that this company works to the highest standards. The build guide document that they gave us explained all the building steps and costs and was very useful throughout. Monzurul and Mr. Brygola answered all of our questions and made us feel special. The brilliant teams of builders that Brygola sent in were all very experienced, competent, helpful and cleaned up after themselves every evening. There was always enough men to do the job. Monzurul kept us updated every couple days on progress and upcoming works and costs. This way we could budget for everything exactly on time. Brygola lofts gave us every choice on fittings including cheap, medium cost and expensive options and their recommended options as well as the choice to bring in our own fittings. We were so happy with Brygola Lofts that we had a few extra jobs done in addition to the loft. Overall we could not be happier than with Brygola Lofts. Their dedication, professionalism, and continuous customer service make them, we feel, the perfect choice of company for a loft conversion. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Last week the door shut on our mansard development after five months living alongside the Brygola Team. This week we are missing their presence, but what they have left behind is a legacy of craftsmanship and a space that has transformed our home. Budget and timelines – our project was organised and coordinated by Monzurul (without doubt the curator) who enabled the build to run smoothly and within budget. Project managed, planned, budgeted, and team management all credit to him. Quality of the work – Attention to detail and matching finish to the rest of the house was always very important. The quality of finish is extremely impressive at every stage. Brickwork, carpenters, tilers, lead-work, plastering, electrical, decorators and plumbing all the trades delivered an incredible end space, together. This is again attributed to Monzurul’s management of all the different teams. The team – excellent, courteous, tidy, helpful, personable punctual and exceptionally hard working. Nothing is a problem and they are extremely talented individuals. They became part of the family for the duration of the build. Brygola have gained a great reputation in East London for very good reason. You want the best team on your build project, make sure you work with Team Brygola.

I would highly recommend Andrzej and his team to anyone, who is considering having a loft extension built or having their property renovated. We initially contacted Brygola construction to quote us for a loft extension. Starting with the pre-sales process right through to completion of works, the attention to customer service was outstanding. Andrzej has a team of very skilled craftsmen, who worked diligently and, when necessary, put in some very long shifts to get the work done. We were so satisfied with the loft that we decided to have them renovate most of the rest of the house, which now looks excellent!

Brygola did our loft initially at the end of 2017 , then extended & reconfigured the entire ground floor and gave the front a major face lift including rerendering & new windows this year. Andrzej provided us (clueless first timers to home renovations) lots of ideas and options and was really focused on delivering our requirements. The downstairs work and front of house work was much more complex but to manage that we had a project manager, Monzural , assigned who was always at the end of the phone, or on site when needed to sort out the numerous details and decisions. The team if builders who did the work were always considerate and helpful in trying to minimise disruption. Overall very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again in the future.

Andrzej and his team have transformed our small 2 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with large rear extension. The project has taken around 18 months during which the guys on site were friendly, courteous and helpful. We are really pleased with the work and have recommended Brygola to several people along our road who have also employed Andrzej. Where the inevitable changes were required and obstacles presented themselves I was able to speak to Andrzej to find a solution. I was apprehensive employing one builder to do such a large amount of work; however, we would highly recommend Andrzej who removed a lot of the stress from the process.

In my eyes Brygola lofts are as floorless as a building company can be.. Andzrej Brygola (the boss) is incredibly down to earth, his experience is immense and he has built the ultimate team of professional labourers. The foreman on our site (Darek) is the hardest working man in London. He worked alongside two of his sons, Adam and Roman both of whom were incredibly thoughtful and careful in the work they did. Finally his youngest son Swarvic fitted our bathroom with incredible care and finesse. They completed our loft conversion- 4 steel beams, an entirely new roof, a new bathroom and bedroom, plus an entire rework of the walls downstairs, and new electrics throughout the flat in a record breaking 8 weeks. This amazing feat was managed diligently throughout by our fantastic project manager Monzurul. Throughout the job he was always happy to hear from me, no problem too big or small. He is the worlds best talker, patient but with a real urgency, which he instills in the team.

We used Brygola Constructions Ltd recently for a mansard roof extension. Overall we found Andrzej and his team excellent and would happily use them again. A few specifics: Budget and timelines – our project was well organised and coordinated from the office, the team provided a detailed budget, the project started on time, and came in on budget and even a few weeks ahead of schedule. Quality of the work – we are very happy with the build itself which felt robust, but also the quality of finishing was really good. It felt like the team went the extra mile to give a great finish, and pulled out all the stops to address any hiccups that are inevitable in a project of this scale. Other professionals who have since come to the house have remarked on the quality of the work. Site team – the main build team, plumbers, electricians and carpenters were all excellent. Courteous, tidy, helpful, personable and very hard working. Throughout the whole project there was a good pace and never a day with less than two people on site all day. Materials – we’re no experts but it was clear that the team used good suppliers and high grade materials whether insulation, timber or bricks.

Simply excellent. I have done a few renovations in my time and Andrezj and his team have been the best by a long way. Punctual, tidy, good value and an attention to detail that impressed me throughout. The job was a loft conversion and flat renovation and the whole job is immaculate - the loft is huge and the stair formation was changed from the plans by Andrezj to create a wonderful space. The renovation of the flat is incredible and he was flexible and imaginative with ideas to better the spec. I would recommend him 100%.

We had a lot of builders quote at our house, and Andrzej was the only one who was thorough enough to actually measure how the new stairs would fit from the first meeting we had with him. He has a wide knowledge base from everything from party wall agreements to sewage pipe buildovers to planning - so we immediately felt in safe hands. Communication was prompt and he was keen for us to visit his previous customers to get an idea of his workmanship. No job of our size was ever going to be completely plain sailing, but he made the process as seamless as possible. I found the standard of work to be incredibly high, the guys on site were always clean and tidy, and Andrzej was flexible around any changes needed as the job continued. Notably, this is still the case 5 months after him finishing the job - all snagging has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be employing his services for any other work I have in the future.

Work was finished to a high standard and all workmen were polite and friendly. The company and all workmen were understanding and sympathetic to our circumstances, having the arrival of our baby midway through the project. They went out of their way to support us with this and were very helpful with managing the work schedule to suit. The support staff in the office were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure all snagging items at the end were managed in a timely fashion as well as keeping up communication at all times. It was a very messy job and there were times when more care could have been taken to protect our furniture, for example, but it was very easy to report this feedback to the office and we had assurance that any problems we might have would be rectified.

I can't believe how quickly these guys build my loft dormer and side return extension. Loads of dudes climbing all over the building - they got it done in a matter of weeks. Exactly what I asked for and at the cheapest quote I got. (also, I noticed that some of the other companies that I was getting quotes from all had fake reviews - you can tell cos they're all written on the same day!) I would say that get everything in writing in an email to save later confusions. (We kept adding to what we wanted done, and it was better to get things agreed in an email)
