C. L.Excel Construction have undertaken a kitchen extension, porch, driveway, garage roof and loft extension for us to date.
Each time we have been really impressed with the quality of their work and their consideration in tidying up after each day and being respectful of our living environment.
As well as being very experienced, they are incredibly organised, hardworking and they stick to the schedule and have never abandoned us to go to another job part way through a project!
With any building project there can be complications and the way they have communicated with us to make key decisions or to find alternative solutions has been really open and honest. They are always thinking in the best interest of the client.
Overall, we have always had a really positive experience with the Excel Construction team and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

R. N.Excel Construction have carried out a complete refurbishment and modernisation of all services in our house, including a large kitchen space, new bathrooms and loft extension. They are very accomplished builders in all trades and for us they took care of all steel and brick work, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics and carpentry, and also helped us deal with suppliers. They are very hard working, considerate, and always worked around our needs, as for most of the time we continued to live in the house during the building work.
The Excel Construction team are very organised, friendly, punctual and carry out quality checks on all work done, such that any imperfections are dealt with before it is too late. The finished work is excellent. As in any building project, changes to planned work, as well as additional work to what was originally planned happened, and Excel Construction were very flexible in dealing with these changes despite impact to the schedule. The cost of additional work was as fair as that originally quoted for, which less scrupulous traders often take advantage of.
When we embarked on a large building programme we feared ending up in the hands of unprofessional traders, that could make the experience unpleasant and expensive. We obtained several quotes and spoke with a number of builders. Crucially, we were given a very good reference for Excel Construction from a previous customer in our area, which helped us make up our minds. We have had a very good experience with them, they have come back to address any snagging issues and we hope to engage with them again for further work. I have no hesitation in recommending Excel Construction.
m. m.Excel were excellent in the whole process of building my loft conversion. From the initial concept of utilising the space I had with drawings right through to the build and then the final product.
Very tidy and clean and caused little disruption. Very good.
