Thanks to Bob, Dean and Neil for a fantastic job fitting a new subfloor and engineered oak parquet through our ground floor (hall, lounge, bedroom). It's a victorian house, so came with a few surprises, but the team were really up for problem solving and have left the house looking amazing. We don't want to put any furniture back on the beautiful floor!! Special mention for Dean - he was a real pleasure to have in the house, always left the place looking tidy and took great care in his work. Thank you. Would recommend.

Bob and his team sanded and sealed an original pitch pine parquet floor for me.The floor had been patched in several places and was badly scratched and marked.The end result was fantastic.Bob was really professional, on time and efficient, would highly recommend Halo Floors.

Bob and his team pulled up the existing floorboards in our living room so we could take out some old insulation and then put in a beautiful parquet floor using tumbled oak parquet. We are absolutely amazed at how good the room looks now and are so pleased with the quality and finish of the parquet. I couldn't fault any part of dealing with Halo Floors... from consultation and quote, to working on time, to quality of workmanship to getting everything cleared away afterwards, honestly Bob and his team are brilliant to work with. Absolutely delighted with the job Bob, Neil and Dean did restoring the original floorboards buried under carpet and plywood in our new (old) house. Bob made time to come round on a Sunday to inspect and provide a competitive quote, and then readied his team to carry out the job shortly thereafter, completing it within a week with minimal disruption and first rate workmanship, saving us £000s compared to having a new floor fitted. Thank you Halo Floors for doing an amazing job taking up the carpets and restoring our original 1930s floorboards on our stairs, hallways and bedrooms. It really was a complete transformation as the floorboards were in pretty bad shape beforehand and are now a highlight of our house. Bob and his assistant, Dean, were both efficient and friendly, including with my toddler, and, as we were expecting a baby very soon, accommodating of our timings, even though they had to brave the snow to get to us! We would highly recommend Halo Floors.

Overall, Bob and his guys did a stellar job, topped off by a competitive quote and consistent communication before and during the job. Bob did a lot off research off his own back before as we wanted to paint the floors white and retain the texture of the wood - the acrylic primer and paint we used after 3 rounds of sanding is spot on! Thank you to Bob and his team for a fantastic job. Our wood floor has been beautifully restored and sealed from draughts. It was in a terrible state beforehand, dirty and full of holes, and we didn't think it could ever look as good as it does now, without a single board being replaced!
