I telephoned this evening (spoke with a lovely receptionist) explained about a leak that was about to collapse my ceiling. Andy was here within an hour, managed to drain the ceiling, isolate the leak and fixed it so we can shower tomorrow. Charming and helpful gentleman, obliging and reassuring.
