Very pleased with the service and quality from Regal Construction Services Ltd We are amazed with the finishing and attention to detail. The team built a lovely Loft Conversion and Side Return Extension for us. They have just finished everything and our home looks perfect. We opted for a Glass Roof over our new Extension and full width Sliding Doors. Regal Ltd got us these and many other things like our Bathrooms and Kitchen at very good prices. They have some good connections with businesses around South London and helped save us a few thousand pounds by allowing us to buy on their trade accounts. Good ideas and very easy going approach from them made this project well worth it for us. Our home was in need of an urgent update and as Regal Ltd are busy around our area we got them round to help us out. The price of the work was reasonable and the timing was very good. The project took just 12 weeks to complete which is pretty fast considering the work they carried out. Very organised building company with helpful and very friendly staff. No pushy salesmen or over selling either just a very to the point initial meeting. We knew that they're good by how they understood what we wanted. The house is exactly the way we pictured it to be. We are very happy and grateful want to leave this review as a big big thank you to Regal Ltd

We bought a 3-bed house that required significant refurbishment. I found Regal Construction on Check-a-trade and was impressed by the excellent reviews, and after getting a quote and talking to them decided to do the house refurbishment with Regal Construction. This was a very good decision. The refurbishment of our house comprised: 1. complete repainting including walls, ceilings, doors and skirting boards; 2. sanding and sealing of wooden floors; 3. tiling of splash back in kitchen; 4. complete construction of a new bathroom, included moving a wall, moving all pipes, installation of bathtub, sink and toilet, floor and wall tiling, installation of underfloor heating, and all electrical connections. The works were carried out by Regal Construction to a high standard. I am German and most often I am rather underwhelmed by builders in the UK, so this is a rare praise. They were very communicative and responsive to suggestions. The price was very competitive and excellent value. I highly recommend them.

Amazing builders My building was falling apart I must say it was in terrible condition. Regal construction done a extension and refurbed the whole building. I have had very bad experience with builders in the past however regal construction services are amazing , trust worthy and very professional . They were very competitive I will defiantly be using them again and would recommend them as the best. Thank you guys KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!

The company took on a two bedroom flat renovation project. The guys worked in a clean and timely manner with a high standard finish. Extra work was done, including a custom shelf and furniture set-up, at no extra cost. If I need any more work done would be calling Regal again.

From start to finish the service was great. We originally phoned Regal following a seriously large quote for shower job. Monear was in touch as soon as we submitted a request and was at our house the next day to access the job. They were able to fit us in that weekend for half the price of what we were originally quoted and the work was performed perfectly.
