We own an old property which was in a poor state of repair and had been considering external insulation. A family member who had used Spray wall Coating UK recommended them to us and we are glad that they did; our property has been transformed in terms of comfort and appearance. We opted for 50mm insulation and render. Alex and his team were great, despite us being outside of their normal working area and a spell very hot weather, they arrived early, worked hard, circumvented issues, avoided disruption and did a professional job with a great finish. We are very pleased with the work and look forward to the winter. We did ask for a bespoke finish to the windows, which came at extra cost, so do be aware of rising costs if changes are made/needed after the work has started; however the price was still competitive.

What a wonderful First class service I received from start to finish. From the moment Dave came to our home to survey the External wall Insulation work (Silicon Rendering), to the moment they started the work led by Alex the supervisor until they left, I had no regret using them. We had our rendering done by Spray Wall Coatings Uk. David, Alex and his team did a great job, they were professional, friendly, protected the windows properly and even cleaned them after. When David came over to give us a quote he explained everything clearly, provided us with a range of colours to choose from and the option to provide further at request. We also didn't have much time to get it done as we had an event coming up in the near future but they were able to accommodate the time frame even when unforeseen circumstance arose. Initial Meeting/Quote - David arrived on time and explained their offerings in detail and the quote gave a good breakdown of the different options and statement of works. This wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive quote we received but it was the best in detail. The amount of colours available from this company is beyond comparison with the final colour matching what we picked. We were given a start date but this was moved to an earlier slot due to a cancellation. This caused some confusion which Dave sorted out instantaneously. The team that came worked with minimal fuss and have done an excellent job, finishing when expected. They took 4 days from start to finish which was excellent, considering the weather, which meant they had to work a long day Saturday until the job was done. This is my first real dealings with this kind of work, but listening to other peoples’ experiences, this was painless in comparison. Highly recommended from start to finish.

Spray Wall Coatings carried out a full rendering of our property. Alex carried out the work to a high standard and was always polite, helpful and approachable. Windows were protected well during the job and the finished product is excellent. Despite the delays, overall we were happy with the finished product. The team also carried out repair and replacement work to guttering throughout and took care to preserve the character of the property.

We selected Spray Wall Coatings to carry out a complete re rendering of our house due to the previous rendering failing due to corrosion. SWC were selected because of the professionalism clearly shown by David Webb from the outset. He was very respectful that this was our home and whilst the work would be significant he and the team would do the utmost to minimise the impacts. Price was middle of three quotes we obtained but value was unbeatable. Due to the size of the property we had to have scaffolding erected around the whole house. Scaffolders couldn't have been better, a nice clean and tidy job. David used his team led by Alex who we found to be brilliant. Alex and the team are proper grafters, very hardworking and skilled. The work initially required removal of the old render and make no mistake this was noisy, dusty and messy work but the team kept the house and it's environs as clean as possible. Patio, windows and doors were all screened and protected from dust ingression. Any problems were quickly found solutions and there was no compromising on quality; for example, after applying one of the render coats an expected rain shower fell and the following day Alex asked me to come and look. He told me he was going to reapply the coat across a whole section as he was unhappy with the effect the rain made. When the work was finished Alex and the team cleared up absolutely everything even picking up bits of the old render from flower beds adjacent to the house. For the duration of the work (just over 5 weeks) David kept in close contact with us to check we were happy with progression although there was nothing to report given the professionalism of Alex and the team!! The final result was finished back in October 2019 and we are delighted with result. We had to wait until now to have the woodwork on the house repainted as part of this refurbishment hence my delay in posting this review. I cannot recommend SWC and in particular David , Alex and his team. These days it is rare the experience and outcome lives up to the sales hype but in this case it really did, hopefully the attached photos showing the before, during and after will help the reader understand my enthusiasm and gratitude.

Having recently used David and his team at Spray Wall Coatings UK I can highly recommend them. David was extremely helpful in working within my budget and also working within my timescale. He managed to organise his team to work overtime in order to get my project finished in time. David also came to visit the site a few weeks after his team had finished as he was in the area. He identified a few issues that had been caused by my team and very kindly sent his team back to rectify them ensuring that the finish was perfect. I cannot recommend David and his team highly enough. I will be using David and his team on my next project.

4 bed newbuild house Leicester Excellent work 10/10. Absolutely recommended. We are building a new 4 bed eco house in Leicester using structured insulated panels, rainwater harvesting, mechanical ventilation, Siberian larch treated cladding etc etc and needed aesthetically pleasing and well functioning render product on outside one half of our house. We researched a lot of different products and wanted a very fine bead hard wearing Silicone render product. David Webb of Spraywall Coatings offered us this exceptionally great looking and quality product, very hard wearing, smooth contour- could easily be mistaken for painted wall. Everyone who has seen has has praised its quality. David's team was punctual speedy and skillful and despite limited space (and an ill tampered unhelpful scaffolder- CP scaffolding) they even helped with adjusting scaffold. No moaning, straight to work. Finally the end result was exceptional. Even now when my house has been almost completed and various other tradesmen have left scratches and marks on render walls, David has agreed to sort these out. 10 years warranty is handy. Thoroughly recommended.

Really happy with the results of the worked carried out. Normally builders to deal with are like pulling teeth however, the team that worked on the house and our contact David, it was made easy and completed everything we wanted and more. Are they the most expensive? No Are they the cheapest? No Are they compedative? Yes, and that little bit more is worth it purly down to non hassel and the guys going above and beyond. Are they tidy? Yes, they used top quality covering for the drive and windows and would tidy everyday before leaving. When completed the job they spent at least three hours finishing off everything and ensured it was tidy. Would I recommend? Yes without hesitation.
