Nicks team done a fantastic job soundproofing my living room wall and bedroom wall. I could clearly hear my neighbours speaking through the walls before the soundproofing was completed. Since installation in my case it has improved noise and spoken word by 100% - I have not heard one thing since installation of my soundproofing. The improvement is truly amazing. I can highly recommend City Insulation and the installation team Supervised by Nick are a dream to have in your home. Very courteous and very professional and excellent at what they do. Provide insulation solution to the ceiling in the flat below mine as none existed. The property below was empty for a limited time and despite there not being any appointments until after the flat was going to be occupied, the team managed to slot me in to complete the work. The job was carried out efficiently and quickly with the end result being much better than anticipated. When playing music at nightclub levels the only sound entering the flat below was via the walls, the ceiling did not let any of the sound penetrate. The team were friendly and went above and beyond by even removing an old fitted wardrobe and making last minute changes to the existing lighting circuit.

Adam and his team provided sound advice and worked fast & efficiently. They also arranged for the radiators to be moved which saved us from having to arrange this. In addition they fitted some decorative wall panels we had purchased free-of-charge. My only criticism is that it was (unavoidably) a very dusty job and the dust proofing is inadequate.

I had an awkward room due to doors being so close to the walls but it wasnt a problem for them and they came up with a solution to that suits me. I had soundproofing installed in a bedroom party wall I share with next door as I could hear EVERYTHING coming through the wall - conversations, banging and crashing, 3am arguments, you name it. It was so bad that I could hear noises clearly throughout my entire house. Nick and his team that did the install were fantastic. They adapted excellently to unexpected issues and they have completely solved my problem with a day's work. I couldn't be happier and my noise issues are *completely* gone. Rachel in the office is great too - clear about the proposals and responsive to enquries. I'd recommend City Insulation to anybody that needs a top quality soundproofing solution!

They listened to our issue and were able to advise on the best options. We're not particularly local to City Insulation but their reviews are excellent so we decided to go with them, and we're so glad we did. Rachel was so knowledgeable and helpful in the lead-up, not at all pushy, it felt like she genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision. We've got coving in the room, which she explained up-front would be lost to some extent and showed pictures of previous jobs. On the day, the lads were friendly and knowledgeable, did exactly what they said they would in spite of a long journey and no doubt an early start. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Adam and his team installed secondary glazing for three old and draughty windows in our flat. The whole process, from initial communication with Rachel, to measuring up and installation, was friendly and efficient and we were very pleased with the service we received. The noise from cars below has been drastically reduced, and the draughts have disappeared, leaving us with a warmer and more peaceful flat.
