Absolutely delighted with our results! After having a leak under our washer leaking onto laminate, Les came to review the damage!! The floor was so uneven and needed levelling! The service and price was second to none! He’s such a perfectionist and who doesn’t want that, right? Can’t recommend Les enough!!!!

Les works diligently, his workmanship is of the highest quality and he also gives excellent advice and options to help you achieve all your tiling dreams. He prepped a very uneven 14ft x 14ft kitchen floor meticulously and has turned my embarrassing 80's terracotta coloured floor, which I inherited from the previous owner into an Italian travertine-style porcelain dream; i'm now getting rid of the large kitchen island - I want to see this stunning floor and not lose any of it. I would highly recommend Les' work and his taste in radio stations too 🙂. Hire him with confidence for any of your tiling projects and step back to view the magic on completion. We had Les do our entire ground floor, conservatory, kitchen, hall, utility and living room. A very professional job and the very important parts you don't see under the tiles, screeded level and primed before. Our living room concrete floor had risen a few inches in many places to the point that we had a wooden chock under one end of our TV to make level . Les took the concrete floor up and re done level, fiber bond, insulation then we had under floor heating. Les after doing this then finished with primer and tile adhesive, tiling over and grouting . A neat, tidy good looking job that will last for good. You may find a little cheaper but this is a perfect job done correctly and reliably. Thanks, Les

We took down a wall between the kitchen and study to turn the kitchen into a kitchen diner. The study had an oak floor which we removed and Les had to level that floor with screed to the existing kitchen floor. He then laid Travertine tiles to match the existing, he even managed to match the existing grout. We are so pleased with the final result, the finish is exceptional.

I booked Les to do my daughter's house (hall, kitchen, dining room) after reading the previous impressive reviews. I couldn't agree more with them! Les has done a fantastic job on a quite complicated lay out. He left everything clean and tidy. When stacking the internal doors in the garage, he even put cardboard around the handles, to prevent any damage. If you need a tiler, don't waste your time looking around. Les has years of experience and you would have difficulty finding anyone better. Thanks Les! Will definitely be in touch next time we need a tiler.

Well what can you say about Les thats already been said. He took a rundown outhouse floor did the screeding of it and the tiling to finish it and it now looks like a different room, like part of the kitchen which he also tiled. Hes a perfectionist which you dont find with many trades people, hes a person who takes great pride in what he does and the completed job shows that. Fantastic tiler, 5 star service, total attention to detail! Les laid over 100 sqm of porcelain tiles throughout our new home as part of our major renovation project, on top of a new floor with wet UFH underneath. As this was one of the main finishing touches and care needed with tiling over UFH and new screeds etc, it needed to be 100%. As we had many mixed experiences with some trades we took our time and spoke to many tilers , most of whom made me nervous as to their knowledge. Luckily I managed to find Les by accident on line I very rarely do reviews, but due to the difficulty we had in selecting a 'quality' tiler, we feel it is our duty to recommend Les to others. He does exactly what he says he will do, he honors his commitments and treated our job with total care, like it was his own. Aside from how great it looks to us, we have had so many good comments from other trades we trust, about his high standard of work. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and only wish we found him earlier when our bathrooms were being done (to an average level!) If you would like your tiling work carried out professionally then hire Les without hesitation.

Totally recommend Heritage Floor tiling - Les is absolutely brilliant at what he does . 100% professional, are underfloor heating is fab and the tiled floor that he laid is perfect .
