Jeff came to give us a quote for a complete kitchen renovation including the removal of a wall to make our kitchen open plan .His advice was very helpful and we didn't hesitate to go ahead with the job. From start to finish the work was done to a high standard , two skylights were also fitted in the flat roof and coated with rubber . All of Jeff's team were very knowledgeable in there profession. The entire job has transformed are living space. Thanks again guys.

We were apprehensive about taking on the side extension and received various quotes from builders. We decided to go with Jeff he was local and was already completing an extension round the corner. His quote was very reasonable compared to the others and he had positive feedback from his customers. Jeff and his team started work on our side extension October 2021 we had the misfortune of having a drain underneath the garage which had to be moved. We couldn’t thank Jeff enough for sorting out the relocation of the drain and liaising with the council to approve the move. This set us back about 4 weeks but didn’t really affect the overall deadline. The work commenced in November on our kitchen extension with the knock through in January. We were always left with a working kitchen. A special thank you to the brickie Hayden who did a fantastic job, plus the rest of the team who were always polite, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves and as usual they all loved a good brew with plenty of biscuits. I was more than happy to keep them supplied because they worked in all weathers during the winter months. Also, once all the rubble and skips were removed, they even jet washed my garden. He has a good team of electricians, engineers and roofers who went above and beyond in coming out at all times to get things done to timetable. Jeff was always on hand to give advice and let us know what he thought would work. We are so pleased we took his advice and went for the bifold doors rather than patio doors; this just finishes off the extension. Jeff carried out additional work, front door canopy, lean to attached to the house, front doorsteps. We now have our dream kitchen diner which we have always wanted with a separate shower room. Thank you to Jonny for cladding the walls and laying the shower/toilet laminate flooring. If anyone is looking for a builder/project manager I would highly recommend, Jeff is very approachable and was always at the end of the phone which we really appreciated

We had a side double side extension and new kitchen which involved removal of the conservatory and a complete new roof. Jeff was great, recommended an architect and talked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable about anything we asked and always available if we needed anything. The team he has working with him were all friendly and polite and now the house seems quiet without them! I am really happy with my new rooms and would definitely use them again, can not recommend enough.

Thanks to Jeff for creating a great family space that really does have the “wow” factor. When looking for a builder for our extension, Jeff was very quick to come back with a quote (and came to have a look unlike some others) which was competitive in terms of price and scope. He could start the actual work in a timeframe that suited us also which was a bonus. Work started when Jeff said it would and we were kept in the loop on the comings and goings to site throughout the build. Jeff took a lot of the stress and worry away from us by organising the different trades, building control inspections and coordinating delivery of materials etc on our behalf. His own guys did most of the actual building and site prep and were all friendly, polite and worked hard. Jeff was also able to recommend other trades for us to use including floor tilers and decorator. Jeff was available to update us (or the other way round) at all times which helped put our minds at rest, and was visible on site frequently to see progress and advise on the next stages of the build. Overall we are pleased with the quality and delighted with the finished product. We’d definitely recommend Jeff to others wanting building work done locally.

Moving into Urmston and not knowing any local trades, I required a builder who could project manage my complete house renovation whilst being friendly, approachable and reliable. Like many people I looked online and after reading various reviews of local companies and not really being any the wiser, decided I had to take the plunge and settled on Jeff. After the first call round/chat, I was at ease and felt happy that we shared the same end goal. Just turning up at the time stated is top marks in my book and an attribute lacking in many of today's tradesmen. Jeff handled all aspects of general demolition/building/structural steelwork as well as full rewire, full replumb/central heating as well as complete window replacement, full reroof and dryling/plastering. All work was carried out to a great standard and the lads he utilises were all pleasant, reliable and skilled in what they do. Yes there were the odd small issues along the way but when you fully renovate a property of course there will be but everything was rectified promptly without any issue or hardship. I must stress that I have no affiliation to Jeff's business and prior to this rebuild have had no knowledge of its existence. That being said I would happily now share a beer or two with Jeff, such was the easy going process of my works😃 I will be calling upon his services for further works in due course and would have no hesitation in recommending him/his team. Jeff and his team recently completed a part single, part second story and rear extension. From my first meeting with Jeff I found him to be friendly, honest and proactive, he kept in contact through the planning process, happy to answer questions and share his advice and experience. This attention was one of the things that won him the job. Throughout the build Jeff project managed all the trades and materials, due to covid and Brexit there were some small delays with materials but Jeff kept me up to date on progress, rearranging activities to best manage things on site and reducing impacts and delays. His team were always friendly, professional and hard working. When I visited site it was always a hive of activity and all the lads where happy to chat and answer my questions. Jeff and I built a good working relationship and where able to have open conversations about the project, costs and design ideas. The scope of works was completed as agreed and within the original quote, We changed a few things and added things along the way that were managed as change but all costs were very reasonable and agreed. This finished product has turned out so much more than I imagined when I first purchased and the finish to the build is of high quality, I feel Jeff was truly invested in the job and I would highly recommend Jeff and his team.
