Job involved replacing whole shower. I think Paul's workmanship was v good. For example, the silicone sealing was smooth and I liked that Paul even put silicone around the electric shower - not sure I would have thought of doing that if I was doing DIY. Paul asked our preferences at different parts of the job rather than just doing what he thought was best. He was also good at offering suggestions when we were unsure. If I have more work needed to be done I would be happy to see if they could do it.

We bought our boiler from Total heat and they also installed. This was about 5 years ago and we’ve had no issues. Called them out a week ago to service our boiler as we’ve never had it serviced. They came out promptly and always professional. I’m really glad I chose them to install our heating system. I know who to call when I have an issue and I know they do a great job! Thanks boys!
