I used Bestbuy to replace all my windows, external doors, and canopy over front door. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, polite & professional. They quoted me an extremely competitive price, and were very helpful in giving me all the info I needed to make a decision. The installers did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I am very pleased with the job, and would use again if i ever move house. I highly recommend Bestbuy Home Improvements.

Bestbuy had replaced the windows in my previous house, so after I moved, I had them replace the doors and windows in my bungalow. I was very pleased with the quality and workmanship again, so when I decided to replace my conservatory, which was 15years old and had seen better days, with a proper extension with a 'Guardian Warm Roof', which will become my lounge / diner, Bestbuy was my first port of call. I also wanted my existing lounge / diner to become the 'master bedroom' with a new window installed in the side wall. All the above was done under 'permitted development'. I just showed Mark at Bestbuy what I wanted by way of photo's of an extension I liked, and he and his team did the rest. The team were prompt and turned up on site when they were scheduled to and were polite and courteous and kept the site clean and tidy, and informed me as to what was going on every day. The manager, Scott, was always available when I phoned, if I wanted to know how things were going, or I when I wanted small changes to the build. The finished work is really impressive and I am very pleased with the whole job, it is my favourite room. I would recommend anyone considering an extension or replacement windows to go with Bestbuy in Northampton.

Brilliant company from start to finish. I had a front and back door installed by this company 10 years ago, and the doors are still going strong and looking good. But I still got 3 companies to give me a quote. Best buy was the most competitive quote, no pressure, friendly , helpful staff. In less than a month from the original quote, I had 9 windows installed. thank you very much to everyone at best buys.

I had windows and doors from this company, there was an issue with the doors the first time round which they reordered and rebooked reinstallation, when they came to reinstall I had an issue with the fitting and the sales manager soon came and managed to resolve the problem. I recommend these guys due to the fact that they are local / provide good quality product at a completive price and any issues can be dealt with straightway.

Bestbuy Home Improvements dismantled an old conservatory and built a new larger 3mx10m family room / washroom. A great company to deal with, competitive prices / no pushy salesman / quality work! They quickly quoted me with a detailed quote through the post within 2-3 days of the site visit complete with computerised visuals of the end result. The work was professional and a well skilled team operated throughout the project (The brickwork for example has been commented on how good it is by friends who have looked at it) The whole project did take longer than I expected, but maybe this was me wanting things completed 'immediately'! The site project manager was always willing to meet me on site at a time that suited me if I ever had any questions. A company I'm happy to recommend.

Having already had windows replaced by Bestbuy and were satisfied with their work asked for a quote for further windows and so had two more windows replaced at a reasonable price, a very pleasant fitter came on the appointed day worked hard and left everywhere clean and tidy. The quote received does make it very clear that the window fitters are to be paid direct.

Just had 3 large windows installed at my house today. The fitters were very polite and did an amazing job! After fitting the windows they cleaned down and hoovered up the mess. They also changed my downpipe and took the old pipe away with them. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and would her highly recommend BestBuy. Also when BestBuy first came out to our house they did not push the sale on us which was a first for us! Great company!
