d.Had them out today for a service on my air source heat pump that they installed a year ago. Called them up to book it in and managed to get me in quite quickly, chap on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
The two lads that came in were very good got straight to work were very polite, did all the Checks and made sure all was working.. really happy with all the work they’ve done for me thank you.

The work they did was professional and fuss free, and I am looking forward to significantly reduced electricity bills as a result. Pictures show a nice, tidy bit of cabling. With in a couple of hours of contacting them about my broken heating system, Jack the engineer arrived and solved the problem in minutes. D. M.We were looking for a airsource heat pump installation for our house rebuild. FDG promtly came out and explianed the options available to us. We opted for a Vaillant 12Kw split unit and associated hotwater tank and set up etc. Installation was arranged quickly to allow us to disconnect the old boiler and water system only two weeks after the inital site visit and the new system was online the following day. We have a 6 zone UFH system downstairs controlled by six separate Nest thermostats over two JG manifolds. Jon managed to set it all up despite the internet suggesting it wasnt possible!!
T. M.Company were kind and sensitive to our special home circumstances as we have disabled family member. They efficiently delivered heat and radiators throughout our old house.
We are now warm as toast.
