We had used Ben and his team twice for emergency repairs when they were very quick to sort out problems. They were a natural choice when we wanted to replace all the roof ridge tiles. When your roof needs replacing it can be well - a bit of a pain. Our roof was still the original 100 year old roof when we moved in. It urgently needed replacing. Ben managed to get the scaffolding up within one working day of us getting the keys to the new house and he was very accommodating throughout the works. Ben's brief was to complete the works like for like (as it would have been done 100 years ago) and he delivered. I was impressed with the quality of his workmanship and his commitment to doing the best possible job. The building control inspector was also impressed with the quality of the work. The completed roof looks great and blends in with the neighbouring properties.

Needed ridge tiles and dry verge replacement. Inside half an hour, they came to spec up the work. Within a few hours of my query, they got the job done and for a good price.

Your house roof, a part of your home you don't normally bother about until it fails in this case due to age. On a house that is coming up to a 100 years old it needed more than a few plasters on it. The work undertaken - A complete replacement roof,re-point the chimney. All new soffits & guttering were installed. Installed in March 2019 during poor weather conditions, high winds & Spring showers & heavy rain. The job was carried out by Ben and his hard working team in line with the plan and under the stresses of the British Spring weather. Dodging the weather conditions the old roof tiles were stripped off in sections, all the old battens removed. A new membrane and battens installed making the roof area waterproof. Then by section the new roof tiles were fitted. A new lead valley, now glows. All new cappings (hips) fitted. Then the old guttering & wooden soffits removed and installation of all new. My biggest disappointment is I didn't have this work completed years ago. The entire roof now looks a feature and not problem looking for a solution. This work has added value to the property. All the waste (tiles and old timbers etc) were removed promptly at the end of the works. Ben just loves his work. And it shows he is proud to deliver a complete roofing package. Overall did Trent Roofing deliver on there planned work, most definitely they did and more. If I need roof work undertaken again would I get Trent Roofing on the job 100%.

I used Ben and his team to remove the chimney on my house after it became damaged. It was a big job but Ben and his team just cracked on. We don't write many reviews. We'll make an exception in this case. Ben, Craig and team were outstanding- start to finish. On the basics, they were punctual, tidy, friendly and quoted a fair price for the job. But more importantly, they had such pride in doing a great job and didn't cut any corners, despite some very mixed weather over the two weeks. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Rare indeed to find a business like this- they deserve to get many referrals off the back of putting their customers first. Our re-pointing of all the ridge tiles makes it look like we have a brand new roof and the repair to the leaking chimney has been done so well, not even a drop of the torrential rain that caused the flooding leaked through- we love it and wished we'd had it done sooner now. We required a brand new roof and wanted a canopy across the front of the house compromising the bay window into it. Ben, Craig and the team were all exceptional. Craig and the guys turned up promptly and did full days work they had the old roof off and the new roof on within a week. They were extremely professional and friendly throughout. After every days work the guys took time to clean up and ensure there was no mess left behind. We were kept up to date with what was happening and communication was good throughout. Ben arranged for a joiner to come and build the frame for the canopy and then Craig came back and completed the job with slate and it looks amazing. Would definitely recommend Trent Roofing. I required a large flat roof measuring 15mts x 5mts to be removed and replaced and I was fortunate to contact Ben at Trent Roofing. Having made contact Ben came to assess the work after he had been working all day. Ben evaluated what was required, gave me the price which I found to be excellent value. A squirrel ate the lead on the flashing around one of our chimney stacks. Trent Roofing did a great job of repairing it. I waited some 6 months after the work was done to make sure it was all sound. It is. Perfect job at a competitive rate. I'm going to ask them to provide a competitive quote for further work now. Not sure what to do about the lead eating squirrels though.

Ben and his workers completed a flat roof in Beeston. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and at a competitive price. I called Trent Roofing in despair after the Admiral Home Emergency Insurance sent a cowboy roofer who didn't want to do the job, this was after me waiting three days with a hole in my roof caused by storm Ciara. I spoke with Ben the owner of Trent Roofing in the evening and he had two of his team at my property first thing the following morning, they fitted five tiles in about 45 minutes. What stars!!They went the extra mile by helping us in an emergency at my elderly mother in-laws late Saturday night.All other companies refused to turn out in the rain late at night,but the lady at Trent Roofing rang round and found someone willing.He stopped the rain dripping into the lounge and came back in the morning to place a new tile where the old leaking flue had been.We cannot thank Trent enough for there efforts and would recommend them to everyone.
