JIPL has just finished a full Bathroom refit,from start to finish they have been professional throughout,working with me to finish an amazing bathroom just how i envisaged at the start.They turned up on time everyday worked until the end and completed the works ahead of time.I am now a proud owner of a luxury modern bathroom.If your looking for an honest reliable contractor to do any work on your property JIPL are the guys.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jerry and Dan when they refurbished our 2 bedroom bungalow. The works involved removal of walls and reinstating others, plastering of all walls, expert fitting of new kitchen and internal doors and decoration throughout, all in a short space of time. They found time to give expert advice and guidance in a friendly and respectful manner. We are delighted with their workmanship and high standards, the house looks great. Jerry and Dan will be coming back to carry out further work on the house hopefully in the near future. We would highly recommend JIPL Construction. Thank you Jerry and Dan, it was a pleasure to know you both.

We had a persistent leak from our over-bath shower which caused damage to the kitchen below. From the first time we contacted Jerry through to completion he was professional, informative, clear and concise with his proposal for the work. His quote made the cost breakdown and timeframe for completion clear, and both were adhered to. In order to rectify the issue: - shower wall tiles stripped and rotten plasterboard removed - new cementboard installed - floor beneath bath reinforced for stability and all pipes / waste checked for integrity - shower re-installed - new decorative shower panels installed, including trim around window Most importantly, the leak has been resolved with the minimum of interference to the household. We would absolutely recommend JIPL and will happily use them again in the future.

Jerry and his team have undertaken a number of jobs for us from completely overhauling our small toilet, to repairing a burst water pipe, and repairing fencing. They are always, on time, and do a fantastic job at a competitive price. We would highly recommend!
